    Abstract: A mini-blind apparatus is disclosed having a first horizontal slat and a second slat disposed spaced and parallel relative to the first slat. The apparatus includes a first tab having a first and a second end, the first end of the first tab being secured to a rearward edge of the first slat, the first tab defining a first and a second cage. The first cage is disposed between the first and the second end of the first tab and a first control has a first bead secured thereto for entrapment thereof within the first cage. The second cage is disposed between the first cage and the second end of the first tab. A second control has a first protuberance secured thereto for entrapment thereof within the second cage. A second tab has a first and a second extremity, the first extremity of the second tab being secured to a rear edge of the second slat, the second tab defining a first and a second recess. The first recess is disposed between the first and the second extremity of the second tab.

Also, a cutter is connected to the framework adjacent to the feeder. The arrangement is such that when the cable is guided by the guide towards the wire feeder, the wire feeder and the cutter cooperate with each other for stripping the insulation from the cable.

The device includes a frame which defines an opening for holding the picture, the frame having a front and a back face, a top and a bottom edge and a first and a second side. A fastener is disposed between the back face of the frame and the board, the fastener having a first and a second end, the first end of the fastener defining a board engaging portion for pressing into the board. The second end of the fastener includes a head which removably cooperates with the back face of the frame. The arrangement is such that in use of the device, when the picture has been inserted into the opening in the frame, the frame is fastened to the board by pressing the board engaging portion of the fastener into the board and fastening the head of the fastener to the back face of the frame.

A door is disposed adjacent to the outlet, the door being movable from a closed disposition thereof for obturating a discharge of the feed through the outlet when the feed is being mixed to an open disposition thereof for permitting a discharge of the feed when mixed through the outlet.

A manually operated switch is provided for selectively connecting the motor to a source of power such that when the switch is disposed in an operative disposition thereof, the motor is energized so that the motor drives the pump for generating a flow of the disinfectant downstream from the pump. A flow splitter is included for splitting the flow of the disinfectant pumped by the pump from the container such that the flow is split into a plurality of flow lines.

The arrangement is such that when the sections are interlocked, with the edges of the sections resting on the ground, snow is received and gathered within the pockets such that the toy igloo takes on an appearance of an Eskimo dwelling.

Additionally, the axle pivotally supports the wheel barrow such that pivotal movement of the wheel barrow about the axle and relative to the frame is permitted. A rotatable device is secured to the frame so that the container is disposed between the axle and the rotatable device. The arrangement is such that in a first mode of operation of the apparatus, the wheel barrow is supported by the frame and is transported on the rotatable wheel and the rotatable device for transportation of the load disposed within the container.
