  • Patent number: 7725962
Abstract: A massaging sink pillow structure disclosed herein designed to be placed over the edge of a standard sink used by a barber or beautician for shampooing or rinsing hair. The sink pillow is a waterproof, saddle-shaped structure with a front section designed to be placed against the front outside surface of the sink and a rear section designed to be placed against the front, inside surface of the sink. The sink pillow includes an upper, U-shaped indented section designed to fit into the U-shaped opening on the sink. Mounted inside the sink pillow is a plurality of page motors aligned in rows that are selectively activated to massage the user's neck in one direction or in alternative directions from front-to-back and back-to-front directions when the user's neck is placed over the U-shaped indented section.

  • Patent number: 7726064
Abstract: A crustacean trap that includes a collapsible frame assembly surrounded by a collapsible net body. The frame assembly includes a lower collar perpendicularly aligned and attached to a hollow mast. The mast extends upward from the lower collar and slides through an upper collar. Pivotally attached to the upper collar are four radially aligned upper legs. Pivotally coupled to the lower end of each upper leg is a lower leg that is vertically aligned under the upper leg. Each lower leg extends inward and pivotally connects to the lower collar. The upper and lower collars are aligned and registered so when the mast is extended downward through the upper collar, the upper collar and the lower collar separate thereby forcing each upper leg diagonally downward from the upper collar and forcing each lower leg horizontally outward from the lower collar.

  • Patent number: 7699752
Abstract: A multiple exercise activity recording system in which each piece of equipment, exercise movement exercise area, fitness activity or biometric in a facility where exercises are preformed is assigned to an exercise identification module. Each exercise identification module is linked or coupled to a terminal with a display and a manual input device. Each user is assigned a personal identification device that is presented or inputted into the terminal before or after the exercise equipment or exercise area is used. After exercising, the user activates the exercise identification module assigned to the exercise equipment or to the exercise area. Upon activation, one or more sub-routines automatically run in the terminal. Prompts presented on the display then request user input of information pertinent to the exercise activity. The inputted information may be stored in the terminal or immediately transmitted to a permanent member data file on a local or remote server.

  • Patent number: 7694923
Abstract: A universal mounting assembly for quick mounting of an object to a stand device. The mounting assembly includes a body having a support surface, a front face and an opposed mounting surface configured to mount to the support stand. The front face intersects the support surface and defines an opening into a receiving socket of the body. An elongated slot extends along and into the receiving socket from the support surface, and includes a transverse width dimension smaller than that of the receiving socket. The receiving socket receives the transverse width dimension of the head portion therein as the neck portion simultaneously slides along the elongated slot to a dock position. A resilient retaining arm includes a contact portion movable between a released position and a locked position. A manually operable locking wedge prevents movement of the retaining arm from the locked position toward the released position.

  • Patent number: 7694685
Abstract: A smoking pipe comprising an elongated body with a bowl cavity formed on one end in which a bowl assembly is disposed. Located inside the elongated body is a gas lighter with an activation switch and flame opening located on one end. The lighter is positioned in the elongated body so that the flame opening is located adjacent to the upper bowl on the bowl assembly and its activation switch is near the lower neck section. Formed over the bowl are air openings which allow outside air to enter the bowl. Pivotally attached to the neck section on the bowl assembly is an elongated mouthpiece. The mouthpiece includes a wide head and a narrow arm component with a longitudinally aligned conduit formed therein that communicates with an air passageway formed on the bow assembly. A cam surface is formed on the head which presses against a plunger arm when the mouthpiece is rotated to a perpendicularly aligned position on the elongated body.

  • Patent number: 7661255
Abstract: A wheel for a piece of lawn equipment specifically designed not to produce tracks in the lawn as the lawn equipment moves over the lawn. The wheel is made of two parallel circular discs spaced apart by a center spacer. The two discs are relatively thin and thereby have minimal contact with the grass blades when rolling over the lawn. The height of the wheel and the diameter of the axle are sufficient so that glass blades on the lawn are not bent downward and extend upward between the two discs. An optional ring structure made of rubber or similar material is attached over the perimeter edge of each disc to provide greater traction and to protect the edge from damage. Located inside the wheel axle is an optional bushing or wheel bearing.

  • Patent number: 7644884
Abstract: A machine used to rewind toilet paper from partial toilet paper rolls and make a single large toilet paper roll. The machine includes a pivotally mounted unwinding spool and a take-up spool mounted both horizontally over a platform. The take-up spool includes at least one plunger that extends outward from its outer surface to selectively engage the inside paper core commonly used on a roll of toilet paper roll. The take-up spool is coupled to an electric motor that rotates the take-up spool. A spring is disposed between the unwinding spool and the take-up spool to reduce tension of the toilet paper as it is rewound. During use, two partially used toilet paper rolls are placed on the take-up spool and the unwinding spool. The loose ends of paper on the partial rolls are loosely over lapped and wrapped on the take-up spool. The electric motor is then activated to wind the toilet paper from the unwinding spool onto the take-up spool.

  • Patent number: 7614533
Abstract: A combination diaper bag and infant carrier that includes a bag structure with a top opening, front and rear sidewalls, two end walls, a bottom surface and a flat top surface. Attached to the front edge of the top surface is a folding main cover with an interior pouch. Attached to the rear edge of the top surface is a folding waist flap with a longitudinally aligned adjustable primary strap. When used as a diaper bag, the front and side edges of the waist flap are selectively attached to the top surface thereby holding the strap's transverse axis in a horizontal alignment. An adjustable secondary strap is securely attached to the inside surface of the interior pouch. When used as an infant carrier, the waist flap is folded upward, thereby disposing the primary strap's transverse axis in a vertical alignment that can be worn around the waist. The main cover is folded upward and the secondary strap is pulled from the pouch and extended around the neck to support an infant sitting on the bag structure.
