  • Patent number: 6162286
Abstract: A main body of exhaust cleaning system 15 is arranged in a hood 8 that is connected to an exhaust duct 14 at an upper part and is opened at a bottom face. A grease filter 23 is arranged at a side plate of a main body case 18 having an inlet 19 into which an exhaust air 5 flows. A filter 33 formed in an endless belt shape by gathering stainless steel wires and the like is attached to rotary shafts 25a, 25b provided to freely rotate in the main body case 18. The filter 33 adheres to the grease filter 23 and a discharge opening 10 through which the exhaust air 5 flows, and is partially immersed in a cleaning liquid 40 in a cleaning liquid tank 22 provided at a lower part of the main body case 18. The exhaust air 5 flowing from the inlet 19 through the grease filter 23 is flown through the rotationally moving filter 33, is flown again from a space 36 through the filter 33, and is discharged after being cleaned. A cleaning of the exhaust air 5 and a cleaning of the filter 33 can be done at a time.

  • Patent number: 6146067
Abstract: A pipe beveling attachment for a rotary power tool including base means, an arbor sleeve adapter assembly for mounting the base means to the rotary power tool, bearing means in the base means for securing a shank of a pipe beveling rotary cutting tool, and alignment and guide means for cooperatively engaging a pipe wall of a pipe end to be beveled and for accommodating different diameter pipes including removable pins on each side of the pipe wall to provide a slidable cooperative engagement of the base means and pipe beveling rotary cutting tool with the end of the pipe to be beveled. The attachment includes a safety shield for an operator's protection and an optional flexible rotational stopper for preventing the attachment assembly from rotating when the power tool is at idle, generally a circular power saw. An alignment pin extending from the end of the arbor sleeve adapter assembly juxtaposed the power tool is optionally included to engage an aperture in a circular power saw retainer washer.

  • Patent number: 6133443
Abstract: Optically active 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives represented by general formula (I) and anion salts thereof and a production method therefor: ##STR1## (wherein R.sup.1 represents a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sup.2 represents a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group forming a quaternary ammonium which may be substituted, and n is an integer of 1, 2 or 3). The optically active 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives represented by general formula (I) have vasodilating activity and hypotensive activity and are excellent in water solubility so that they are useful as a drug for circulatory system such as a hypotensor or vasodilator.

  • Patent number: 6065945
Abstract: A hydraulic engine employs dual cylinders and pistons of different diameter connected end-to-end in collinear alignment. Fluid from a pressurized source drives the large piston to transmit power to a crankshaft. An electromagnetic actuator, controlled by a distributor, opens a control valve, admitting fluid to the large cylinder. A hydraulic actuator closes the control valve, shutting off fluid flow. The hydraulic actuator responds to pressure drop when the large piston uncovers an exhaust port. Fluid drains to a tank, and the cycle repeats. The small piston recirculates fluid from the tank to the source.
