Abstract: The bolt lock with protective cover has a back enclosure containing a sliding bolt which combination is inserted into a cover enclosure. The cover enclosure with back enclosure is attached to a door, gate or other such structure for purposes of securing the closure. The sliding bolt is slidably engaged with an insertion end, a bolt end and an intermediate element to guide and retain the bolt for slidable engagement with a shackle and retention of a padlock. The slide bolt has orthogonal locking pins and a handle to move the slide bolt into a locked and unlocked position and to retain the bolt when the padlock is locked. A bolt lock end passes through a hole in the back enclosure bolt end and an exit hole in the cover enclosure bolt end to engage a structure such as door jamb.
Abstract: An output duct extension for attachment to an upright vacuum cleaner output sleeve or collar. The output duct extension is constructed to be insertable into the paper fill tube of a disposable paper filler bag. The output duct extension is of a longitudinal length such that when it is inserted into the fill tube and the paper filler bag is contained in a fabric fuller bag of the vacuum cleaner the upper end of the output duct extension is positioned at the approximate top end of the fill tube.
Abstract: The portable roadway perimeter alarm has an impact sensor which may be a shock or pressure sensor that is connected to a transmitter. The impact sensor and transmitter unit is located around the perimeter of a roadway work area to detect vehicles penetrating the perimeter into the designated work area which vehicles may represent a hazard to work crews. The vehicle penetration event is transmitted to a warning receiver and alarm unit which may be placed in a pocket of a worker's vest or may be mounted on a work vehicle to sound an area alarm. The impact sensor and transmitter units are durable and operate in adverse environmental conditions.
Abstract: The holder is a three sided tray with a beverage holder attached at a fourth side. Two opposing sides have slots through which a strap is inserted. The strap has a fastener such as a buckle, hook and loop material or other such elements. In use the strap is wrapped around and fastened on a support structure on a boat, pier or at other fishing locations. The most common such structure would be a railing. The holder also has a clamp for holding a fishing rod attached to one of the sides. The user may thereby store the fishing rod and accessories at a preferred location as well as any beverage of food items desired.
Abstract: The safety wheel assembly uses spacer mounting nuts to allow the mounting of a spare or second wheel and tire on an existing motor vehicle wheel mount assembly. The primary wheel and tire of a vehicle are normally mounted using lug or mounting bolts. These bolts are then used to secure the primary tire with the spacer mounting nut which thereby provides for mounting the spare wheel and tire outwardly of the primary wheel relative to the vehicle. The two tires and wheels are spaced such as not to contact one to the other. The spare tire is a smaller diameter than the primary wheel. For example the standard size spare tire of solid rubber may be mounted in such a position as such spare tires are of a smaller diameter. The spare tire may also have protruding elements on the tire surface to aid in travel under snow conditions.
Abstract: The mat for transport of clothing articles and for use in changing into and out of clothing articles in association with water sport activities has top and bottom surfaces which are water and soil resistant. The mat may include one, two or three layers of resistant material to allow enclosure of clothing articles, wet or dry, when folded and secured. Carry handles are provided for ease of transport. The securing means allows egress of moisture in the case of wet clothing articles.
Abstract: The reusable space launch system has a first stage vehicle or aerospacecraft, a second stage vehicle or reusable spacecraft and a third stage vehicle or reusable orbit transfercraft. All the stages have the basic aerodynamic vehicle elements of a fuselage, wings, and tail, with the incorporation of control surfaces to supply lift, stability and control. The aerospacecraft is configured to use ejector ramjet engines for powered flight and includes equipment to capture air to supplement oxidizer for the ejector ramjet engine during take-off and extreme high altitude In order to optimize aerospacecraft performance in a pull up movement to exit the sensible atmosphere, the aerospacecraft may include auxiliary ascent rocket engines. The aerospacecraft payload bay is accessed by nose load re-closable payload fairings. The reusable spacecraft is mounted on tracks on each lower side of the aerospacecraft payload bay.
Abstract: The bed covering anchor system in the preferred configuration has a pair of adjustable length crossing support straps to allow attachment to the area of the corners of a variety of sizes of bed covering placed on bed mattresses. Elastic straps are engaged at the ends of the crossing straps and have a grasping device at one or both ends of each elastic strap to grasp the covering and provide a retracting force to keep the covering taut on the mattress. One or more lateral support straps may also be attached to the cover to keep the longitudinal edges of the covering taut at the points of attachment.
Abstract: The dispenser for fluids and paper towels is a combination fluid container and wiper dispenser having a base portion from the top center portion of which extends upwardly a neck tube having at its top an opening. The neck tube is sized such that a paper towel roll may be placed on the neck tube and rest on the base portion. The base portion and neck tube are hollow forming the fluid chamber and a mechanical pump device with siphon tube is attached to the top of the tube for dispensing fluid. The neck tube is extended to provide for ease in holding the dispenser in one hand while performing a cleaning operation.
Abstract: The stuffed child's stool has a typical seat and four legs for the structural members. These are then covered with a cloth material which is stuffed. There may or may not be a back portion attached to the seat for support. A shaped character, such as a bear, with head, partial shoulders and arms extending therefrom is attached around the edge of the stool, and over the back portion if one is included. The arms may or may not be attached around the seat edge. The head and arms which extend partially around the edge appear as a back and arms for the stool. The feet of the character may be formed with the shaped cloth material and stuffing.
Abstract: The flexible identification collar consists of a strap with an attached tongue on one end. The strap is the approximate length of the outer circumference of the hose to which it is to be attached. There is a slot or hole in the strap adjacent to the end opposite the tongue through which the tongue passes when the strap is wrapped around a hose and is then fastened to the strap exterior layer. Use of hook and loop material on the tongue and the exterior and interior layers of the strap serve to secure the tongue and strap end to securely fasten the collar to a hose. In addition hook material or grip material on the interior layer provides a friction surface to prevent slippage on the hose. The exterior layer of the strap will normally be made of a reflective or fluorescent material for improved visibility in low light situations. In addition, an alternate color reflective stripe may be added to the exterior layer as well as a reflective label.
