Abstract: The invention relates to an assembly for delivering a paste from a flexible supply packing drum to a dosing device. The packing drum is arranged in a dimensionally stable container and has a descending passageway for product guidance. The dosing device draws paste from the packing drum by use of a low pressure. In addition, a follower plate is arranged for positioning on the top of the flexible supply packing drum. An opening is provided in the bottom of the container. The container is sealed against the dosing device, and the follower plate is sealed against and moveable within the container. A low pressure is applied between the container and the flexible supply packing drum for assisting the transfer of paste into the dosing device.

Abstract: Chain conveyor lubricants, especially for the food industry, which form clear solutions in water and which contain in combination a) at least one compound corresponding to formula (I):  in which R1 is a saturated or mono- or polyunsaturated, linear or branched alkyl group containing 6 to 22 carbon atoms, which may optionally be substituted by an —OH, —NH2, —NH—, —CO—, halogen or a carboxyl group, R2 is a carboxyl group containing 2 to 7 carbon atoms, M is hydrogen, alkali metal, ammonium, an alkyl group containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a benzyl group, and n is an integer of 1 to 6; b) at least one organic carboxylic acid selected from monobasic or polybasic, saturated or mono- or polyunsaturated carboxylic acids containing 2 to 22 carbon atoms; and, optionally, c) at least one of water, additives, and auxiliaries.

Abstract: The invention relates to a canister comprising a first container (concentrate chamber) holding a concentrate, and a second container (solution chamber) holding a ready-to-use solution constituted by mixing a concentrate and a diluting fluid. According to the invention, the two containers of the canister are configured as chambers of the canister, connected to each other by a fluid jet pump, and can be operated from one side. Both the filling device of the concentrate chamber and the dispensing device of the chamber holding the ready-to-use solution are fitted with coded access control devices. The chambers are arranged partially above each other. The concentrate filling device and the fluid jet pump include a suction pipe and mixture outlet arranged in a canister lid.

Abstract: A paste-form detergent and process of making the detergent is presented. The detergent is composed of: 5 to 30 percent by weight of an ethoxylated alcohol of the formula R1—(OC2H4)m—OH where R1 is an alkyl or alkenyl group containing 9 to 15 carbon atoms and the average degree of ethoxylation m is 1 to 8; 1 to 20 percent by weight of an ethoxylated alcohol of the formula R2—(OC2H4)nOH where R2 is an alkyl or alkenyl group containing 12 to 22 carbon atoms and the average degree of ethoxylation n is 3 to 14, and n is greater than m by at least 1.0; 1 to 20 percent by weight of an alcohol or alkyl ether corresponding to the formula R3—O—R4 where R3 is an alkyl or alkenyl group containing 6 to 22 carbon atoms and R4 is hydrogen or an alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms; 20 to 80 percent by weight of an alkalizing agent, and 0 to 15 percent by weight of an organic builder.
