Abstract: A versatile, small-mouthed container is readily dis-assemblable and re-assemblable to provide direct access to its internal cavity. Portions are mutually sealingly connectable by an annular coupling ring with two sets of threads, one each respectively to mate with threads on an upper and a lower cylindrical container portion. More than two cylindrical portions and more than one coupling ring can allow assemblage of larger containers and of containers of reconfigurable capacity. Some coupling rings provide for fluid communication between adjacent body portions and others provide a degree of blockage. Inserting or removing a partitioning disk into the ring can change a ring's degree of blockage. Various partitioning disks are provided with different degrees and types of blockage, when not deployed, the disks can be retained at the base of the container. Recessed latches prevent inadvertent opening at specific coupling interfaces.

Abstract: Motion Analysis is used to classify or rate human capability in a physical domain via a minimized movement and data collection protocol producing a discreet, overall figure of merit of the selected physical capability. The minimal protocol is determined by data mining of a more extensive movement and data collection. Protocols are relevant in medical, sports and occupational applications. Kinematic, kinetic, body type, Electromyography (EMG), Ground Reactive Force (GRF), demographic, and psychological data are encompassed. Resulting protocols are capable of transforming raw data representing specific human motions into an objective rating of a skill or capability related to those motions.

Abstract: An improved dental flossing tool having a handle portion to mount a spool of dental floss that is easily drawn from an elongated flexible tip covered by a soft resilient sleeve sealing the tip and to provide smooth flossing without any annoying clicking sounds against ones teeth and easily reaching the molar teeth in the back of ones mouth while massaging the gum line at the same time.

Abstract: A no-spill drinking vessel includes a cup, lid, spout and valve assembly. The valve assembly includes: a liquid-out valve with hinged flap, air vent check valve, air and liquid inlets, air and liquid outlets, and a mechanism for retention to the lid. The valve assembly is constructed from inexpensive molded elastomeric components. In usage mode these components cleave sealingly together by the resilient returning forces they exert on each other's complementary interlocked geometries. The fluid and air passageways, inlet and outlet port openings, mouthpiece channels and openings, and the interior volumes of the valve bodies are defined by spaces between the abutted elastomeric components. When manually separated into a cleaning configuration, the interior liquid-contacting surfaces become exposed, external surfaces for ready cleaning. The closure is baby-proof and small parts are tethered together.

Abstract: Two integrally formed multipurpose devices with the resemblance of an aesthetic pillar hollowed out incorporating a cove element at the lower portion that is preformed to fit over and cover intersecting corners of previously installed cove base used in the flooring industry. The Cove base corner cover provides a unified junction between the two adjacent sides of a corner. This invention also provides an inexpensive, simplistic and productive procedure for installations of inside and outside corners. Precision cuts along with most all of the numerous steps currently being utilized to navigate into or from and around intersecting corners is eliminated. The problems such as, the cove element collapsing into itself as well as the popping of the upper edge associated with wrapping cove base around a corner, is also eliminated and for the most part, frustration and aggravation incurred while facilitating installations at the corners is significantly reduced.
