Abstract: A tackle box with improved tray structures and forming a plurality of self-contained compartments each immediately accessible apart from each other, as to type or the like, by selectively opening one section at a time. In this manner only one unit is open and all others are closed and protected from having their respective contents spilled out, mixed-up, or otherwise disturbed, by means of a transparent Plexiglass lid or cover disposed over the respective trays in hinged relation thereto.
Abstract: Instructions are written in multi-word blocks into an instruction buffer from a slave store, and then scanned sequentially. The instruction buffer is unequally divided, a first part of a block being written into the smaller portion of the buffer during scanning of the larger portion, and the remainder of the block being written into the larger portion during scanning of the smaller portion. Thus, more time is available for an initial write from a block, which is when delays are more likely to occur due to the block having to be fetched from main store.

Abstract: A stage of a pipeline data processor has a store associated with it, and when that stage requires to write data into a specified address within that store, but the data to be written is not yet available, an indication of the address is stored in a special reserved register, so as to permit subsequent accesses to the store without waiting for that data to become available. When the data eventually becomes available, it is written into the store, using the contents of the register for addressing the store. This prevents hold-ups in the pipeline and hence increases the effective rate of instruction execution.
Abstract: A multi layer printed circuit interconnection system together with pillars for mounting integrated circuit components is progressively formed layer by layer by successive sequences for each layer, involving using a photo resist to produce a pattern of apertures defining circuit tracks and the pillar positions, depositing metal to form the tracks and the pillars and replacing the remainder of the resist with insulation material. Openings co-operating with the pillars, for the circuit elements are produced during formation of the outermost insulation layer of the circuit system. The circuit elements are mounted on the pillars and the connections between the elements and the printed circuit system are formed by using a further one of said sequences.
Abstract: A Portable Emergency Safety Shower having a large capacity water supply tank, a telescoping series of pipe elements having one end secured to the water supply tank and the other end connected to a shower head, a pressurized cylinder for the storage of air or nitrogen, valved coupling means for providing passage of a pressurized medium to the water supply tank for applying pressure to the water in said supply tank into the pipe elements to exit at the shower head for achieving the performance of a portable emergency safety shower.
Abstract: An improved fish hook and assembly comprising a line for connection to a fishing reel and line, a leader element forming a line having a loop connecting the end of the line and a hook at its other end, and having a sink weight identity element connected at an intermediate point thereof, a weight leader having a loop end means at one end and being threaded onto the leader element between the sink weight identity element and its loop, a sleeve of essentially plastic material having a weight element at one end and a slot extending throughout the other end for receiving therein a hook when baited, together with a length of the weight leader and the leader element, and a distal end of the weight leader passing through an aperture at the bottom of the sleeve.
Abstract: A barrel handler formed of a two pieced rack for loading, unloading and transporting barrels and like elements comprising a pair of box tubing forming a base frame, a pair of upstanding box tubing elements having a common end centrally disposed and supported from the base frame, a pair of support box tubing forming a supporting frame connected between extremeties of the base frame and the support frame, a movable barrel receiving frame means pivotally disposed and mounted from the free end of the upstanding pair of box tubing elements, and space-rest support means for the barrel receiving frame means disposed in relative relation to the base frame. The invention also includes handle grip means mounted on ends of the barrel receiving frame means, wheel roller disposed on the common end of the base frame, and wheel casters being mounted from the base frame remote from the wheel rollers.
