    Abstract: A portable water container is disclosed having an inner bag formed of a flexible water impermeable sheet and an outer protective covering for the bag formed of a wear-resistant fabric; a tubular drain and fill conduit mounted in aligned openings in the bag and covering; and a releasable seal clamping the sheet forming the inner bag in a watertight sealed connection for sealing the conduit to and in flow communication with such bag; and a clamp securing the conduit in a load-bearing attachment to the covering.
