  • Patent number: 7175526
Abstract: The invention comprises a new method of the playing traditional and non-traditional dice games by displaying locations some or all of the potential outcomes of the rolls of two, six sided dice on a screen and allowing users to place on screen wagers. The user may then select from among the locations after making dice wagers utilizing statistical payout statistics associated with the dice game used. This may allow for play on a touch screen allowing all of the traditional play of dice utilizing a display scenario wherein locations are provided to show wagers or on a traditional craps table modified for screen format as well as locations from which single dice or paired dice selections can be made. In addition a table layout is provided for allowing multiple players to play based on single roll with sequential players sequentially picking the dice outcomes from the group.

  • Patent number: 5401942
Abstract: A new device including a new arrangement of dive tables is disclosed for planning non-decompression dives. The invention utilizes two separate scales, movable relative to one another. The first scale shows the pressure group scale, the bottom time or residual nitrogen scale and surface intervals aligned by relationship to pressure group. The second scale shows depth scales, repetitive dive group, pressure group, and no decompression time limits scale. Windows in the second scale allow the observation of pressure group scales and corresponding bottom time on alignment of bottom time from scale one with depth from the second scale.

  • Patent number: 5336299
Abstract: A multi-layered electrostatic filter and method of filtration incorporating an insulated poly glass charging element which is a grid of sufficient width to allow the air flow through the charging element to supply a static charge to the charging element and to allow trapped particles to gather and combine or coagulate along the charged element prior to reaching a dust trap which is a second layer of polypropylene filters. The initial charge is generated by friction from the dust and the air passing through a first polypropylene layer. Polypropylene is used in order to provide an insulating frame and insulating dust filters on either side of the poly glass charging element. Progressively fine layers provide for multiloading of particulate material.

  • Patent number: 5237729
Abstract: A device for removing or applying a brake spring having a hook onto a pin which device has a handle for providing leverage which curves to reverse the direction of force applied to the handle and to allow the device to fit over and around the pin which is to hold the brake spring. The curved portion defines a groove to engage the pin and allows the pin to act as the fulcrum of the device. The curved portion also acts to engage the spring and guide the spring onto the pin as well as holding the spring at a non-interfering distance from the bar while the spring is raised over the bar. The spring arm is of the same width or smaller than the spring hook so that the spring hook can fit over the spring arm.

  • Patent number: 4870775
Abstract: The invention relates to a lure made in part of resilient flexible material which forms a connection between a front portion which attaches to a fishing line and at least one paddle designed to create a drag against the water in which the lure moves. The resilient, flexible material is of sufficient resiliency or elasticity and thickness so that when the lure is pulled through the water the paddles are deflected back against the pressure of the water and the paddles return to their original shape and position relative to the body when the tension on the line is released. The paddles are sufficiently wide so that when the tension is released, and the paddles return to their resting position, the lure is moved backward by the force of the paddles moving back to the resting position.
