Printed matter, e.g. advertising, can be applied to or between the films. An apparatus and related method for applying the film are also included and rely on the motion of the handrail to unroll a supply of the film, with one or more rollers pressing the film onto the handrail.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method are provided reclaiming a useful oil product from waste oil, such as used lubricating oil. The apparatus comprises an oil feed means, a boiler, a heater and a separating means. The heater is used to heat the waste oil in the boiler to a temperature such that lighter hydrocarbons remain unvolatilized, trapping contaminants therewith. The separating means separates the volatilized lighter hydrocarbons from the unvolatilized heavier hydrocarbons and contaminants.

    Abstract: A fuel cell or fuel cell stack has a proton exchange membrane or other electrolyte, and appropriate inlets and outlets for cathode and anode sides of the fuel cell. Dryers are connected to the cathode inlet and cathode outlet in such a manner as to enable one dryer to recover moisture from an exhausted oxidant stream while the other dryer is humidifying an incoming stream. Optionally, a dryer arrangement can be provided for recovering moisture on the anode or fuel side of the fuel cell.
