Abstract: A vertical movement clip and C stud system wherein there is provided a generally U shaped clip secured to a building support structure having a clip web portion and two legs projecting from said web with stiffing members and a slot projecting through said clip web and into said legs with the web on one side of said slot being on an offset plane from the web on the opposite side of said slot, and a C stud adapted to interfit with said clip to allow vertical movement of said stud yet prevent outward horizontal movement of said C stud. Said C stud is adapted to receive a non-load bearing exterior finish building panel.

Abstract: A downhole steam and hot water generator for use in other than a non-vertical oil well casing and particularly adapted for use in horizontal drilled wells that includes an elongated housing with a front and rear end, fluid discharge apparatus positioned in the upper portion of said housing connected to an upper chamber therein, water distribution apparatus associated with the housing to pass water into the lower portion of the housing, and electrodes within said water to boil or vaporize water into steam for transfer to a horizontal petroleum pool to reduce the viscosity of the petroleum for pumping.

Abstract: A modular body support system for a prone, supine or side lying person having a plurality of individual functional portions for reacting with body tissues to establish comfort to the person as well as lessen the chances of tissue breakdown and ulcerations. In addition, the system includes an oversize cover of material to reduce the coefficient of friction and conform easily to the contours of the system as defined by body pressures thereon.

Abstract: A carbide shank boring bar having a coolant/lubricant bore running axially therethrough fitted with a steel head, said head being machinable to produce a pocket to receive a metal cutter insert wherein said boring bar shank and said steel head have a diameter less than one-half inch and said head is brazed without flux to said boring bar and no flux residue remains in said coolant/lubricant bore upon completion of said brazing. The method of achieving the fusion includes using an atmospheric vacuum chamber to conduct the fusion.

Abstract: A lamp socket including a lamp receptacle to receive a baseless lamp having wires, said socket including a base projecting annularly radially outward from said receptacle and having wire passageways from said receptacle as well as wire receiving grooves projecting inwardly from a bottom surface of said base and communicating therewith. The base includes a top surface of a common plane and the arrangements of said grooves in orthogonal pairs is such as to increase the area of said base therebetween. Said receptacle is fitted with wire divider means to facilitate the threading of said wires through said wire passageways.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wax mold holding and positioning apparatus for use with a wax injector machine where a pressure holding means uniformly clamps a two piece wax mold together and a mold positioning means is employed to move said mold to said wax injector, said apparatus including universal coupling means adapted to make any final angular shifting or adjustment to assure a firm sealing contact of a sprue hole in said mold with the wax injector to force wax through a channel in the mold to a pattern cavity therein.

Abstract: A folding wheelchair that employs a pair of side frames, a rear wheel associated with each frame and a forward caster wheel associated with each frame, a pivotable back with a releasable lock to retain the chair in an open usable position or foldable nonusable position, a wheel shifting plate and link apparatus to effect a folding of the chair to a non-use width as well as allowing the wheels to shift and encompass the frames therebetween within the diameter of the wheels.
