  • Patent number: 8347843
Abstract: A piston for internal combustion engines, having a series of conical openings at the center of each skirt section, each conical opening being horizontally located one to another and each conical opening in one skirt section aligned to another conical opening at the opposite skirt section. Each conical opening is also aligned to an oil drain hole at the oil groove located at the crown of the piston and having the external diameter larger that its internal diameter. Once installed, said conical openings forms an internal storing unit, wherein the oil or lubricant is stored and distributed constantly after being squirted out from the rod bearing to the piston, allowing the formation of a continuous lubricant film, without reducing the strength of the piston structure.

  • Patent number: 8091840
Abstract: A holder for flexible wall containers or bags for holding collapsible wall container or bag open and thus facilitates the filling of the containers or bags. The holder is formed of easy dissembled parts that may be compacted, thus facilitating its storing or transportation. It is highly versatile since its internal cavity that accommodates the flexible wall container may be assembled in different sizes, allowing the convenience of using it with container or bags of different sizes. The holder is assembled by inserting two arms of a supporting unit into two rotating units of a second supporting unit. The length of the arms inserted in the rotating unit dictates the predetermined housing size of the holder.

  • Patent number: 7857971
Abstract: The present invention describes a fuel filter assembly useful in the purification of fuels such as diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, kerosene, heating oil and similar liquids. The fuel filter assembled herein described separates solids and semisolids particulates such as algae, microbial growth, fungi and the like from fuel, providing a much cleaner fuel to secondary fuel system, engine and fuel consuming devices. The said fuel filtering assembly comprises a removable lid mounted at the top of an upright vertical housing, a non-disposable removable filter unit enclosed in the internal cavity of the said housing and a multi-purpose base comprising fuel inlet and fuel outlet as internal passages within the said base.

  • Patent number: 7661152
Abstract: A flexible belt-shape garment to be use around the torso of a person requiring a gastrostomy tube to be nourished is disclosed. The garment comprises a totally flexible main elongated body having an upper end, a lower end a first lateral side and a second lateral side, an outer surface and an inner surface intended to be in contact with the patient's body. It also comprises an aperture or opening in cooperative action with a flap cover that creates an internal pocket when close, wherein the gastrostomy tube is safely stored; a second mechanism for covering the internal pocket by overlapping the closed cover flap with of one of the lateral sides of the main body and optional ties or laces that are wrap around the installed belt and tie up for maximizing the protection of the gastrostomy tube and the stoma area.

  • Patent number: 7303665
Abstract: An aquarium drainage system having a filter, funnel, clear tube, sensor housing, light sensor, light beam generator, waste indicator light, primary valve, secondary/safety valve, safety cap and safety switch, as well as the other components shown in the drawings, wherein the filter comprises a vented plate that is placed under the gravel at the bottom of the tank to allow the waste to travel downward under the force of gravity to the funnel where waste is directed to the clear tube connected to the bottom of the funnel. The sensor sends a signal to the waste indicator light when blocked causing the special primary valve to open allowing the waste to drop and be collected in a bucket.
