A method for providing a user interface for running business entities wherein data related to a process instance and data related to an object instance are managed in a uniform way, includes enabling a generalized meta model to unify process data and object data where there is a direct relationship between process and object instance, enabling an interface generator for directly generating a user interface from the generalized meta model, that allows the user to manipulate data either directly by manipulating the object data or indirectly by performing a process step, and enabling the user interface by the interface generator, the user interface providing a hybrid view of a process view representing phase data of an instantiated process instance and an object view representing object data of an instantiated object instance.

Abstract: A pad-mounted termination enclosure is provided having a pair of side panels on opposite sides of the termination enclosure, each side panel having attached thereto a plurality of buss bar attachment means, with the buss bar attachment means cooperating in pairs to support a plurality of buss bars extending between opposing side panels. A first door is attached to one of the side panels, and a second door is attached to the other of the side panels. An upper horizontal member extends between the side panels generally above the first door, and another upper horizontal member extends between the side panels above the second door. The termination enclosure also includes a lid positioned atop the pair of side panels and each of the upper horizontal members, with the lid being removably attached to the termination enclosure by lid attachment. In one embodiment the buss bar is a lay-in buss bar. A cover for the buss bar is also provided in one embodiment.

A page is the basic vehicle for content. Content is created using an or importing content from an external source. A member is also a data note, and each place contains its own member directory. A place is created and managed from a client browser in on-line mode and in offline mode with respect to a replicated copy of the space. Room security is independently managed, and security and aesthetics characteristics of subrooms selectively inherited.

Abstract: Streaming media network streams are modified using a sequence field with the IP layer 3 protocol compatible with already deployed IP switching systems except as noted for device and system testing and operational monitoring which can be used to detect the loss or out of order delivery of packets belonging to a stream. This approach can also provide the ability to numerically characterize the loss in terms of total loss, loss burst size, and loss frequency. By utilizing the bit locations of the IP-defined datagram Identification (ID) field and a unique numerical sequence, loss and out of order delivery may be tracked while avoiding the overhead and complexity associated with added upper layer protocols while gaining other key advantages such as in-situ marking of stream attributes.

Abstract: A trimmer head for a rotary line trimmer including a housing operatively connected to the trimmer and a spool for carrying cutting line thereon. The spool is operatively connected to the housing for rotation therewith and defines a line receptor channel having opposed open ends and traversing the spool. The channel is formed by line guide inserts held within the spool body preferably utilizing the shrinkage of the molded spool material about the inserts. The channel can be aligned with the eyelets in the housing skirt such that cutting line can be inserted therethrough and wrapped about the spool upon relative rotation of the spool and housing without having to interrupt the operative connection therebetween. A central portion of the channel is exposed to provide access to the line so that the line can be pulled from the head without having to interrupt the operative connection therebetween.

Abstract: As supposed to the common hard coding method, the invention provides the ability to create a module/mechanism (a template) that produces code that may be utilized to create a web service. A template has a list of features, and a model (a run time model—RTM) and is utilized to create a model that generates an application or web service. An RTM declares the structure, functionality, and behavior of a web service application. Each feature can generate XML entities in a new RTM, and may obtain input to build an XML entity in a new RTM. Each feature may be processed sequentially and can modify any existing XML entities. Consequently, features can make changes to the entire existing application. In one embodiment, when a condition that may affect an application changes, the template may be utilized to regenerate the RTM to produce a new web service or XML document.

Abstract: A method of controlling the speed of an electric motor, said method being a digital method designed to control the speed of an induction motor that is powered by a triac device to a preset speed, in which the speed of the motor is measured and a digital numerical value representative of the mathematical first derivative of motor speed is calculated. A determination is made of the digital numerical value of the motor speed first derivative relative to a range, or band, of values. An error signal also is computed that is proportional to the error between the measured current motor speed and the preset speed and a determination is made of the digital numerical value of this error signal relative to a range, or band, of values that includes a value corresponding to that of the motor operating at the preset speed.

Abstract: An organic electroluminescence structure comprises a first substrate, an organic electroluminescence device, and a control device. Forming either a lifting layer under the control device or a recess under the organic electroluminescence device, or forming both of them, creates a difference between their tops, in order to reduce the dark spots and promote the yield of the end product. The lifting layer preferably has a thickness greater than about 0.5 micro meters and the recess has a depth ranges of about 0.1 micro meters to about 100 micro meters. Alternatively, the height difference between the upper surfaces of the control device and the organic electroluminescence device is controlled to be greater than about 2 micro meters or substantially equal to 2 micro meters.

Abstract: A trimmer head for use in a flexible line rotary trimmer including a housing adapted to be operatively connected to the trimmer to effect rotation of the head and a spool operatively connected to the housing for rotation therewith. The spool defines at least one inwardly extending line receptor channel, preferably formed by a plurality of inwardly tapered walls so as to be polygonal in cross-section. So configured, the channel walls will securely grip the cutting line upon the line being inserted in the channel and wound about the spool. To provide uniform winding of the line, a plurality of cam, cam abutment and sliding surfaces are operatively connected to the housing and spool such that when the spool is manually rotated relative to the housing in the drive direction, the spool is caused to reciprocate axially within the housing evenly distributing the line about the body of the spool.

The paper strip is then folded about the fold lines to form a weaving element. number of weaving elements are mounted side by side on a support panel (112) on the weaving aid (107). These are clamped against the support panel (112) by clamp (115) and thus form a number of juxtaposed warp weaving elements extending down the support panel (112). Weft weaving elements can then be woven through the warp weaving elements on the panel (112) to form a woven panel of paper weaving elements.
