    Abstract: A self check-type flame detector includes a casing provided with a monitoring window formed therein. A wavelength generation unit is disposed inside the casing and generates a wavelength in a direction of the monitoring window. A wavelength detection element is disposed inside the casing and detects the wavelength. A comparison unit is provided with a wavelength DB for storing intensity of a reference wavelength and determines whether the monitoring window has been contaminated. A display unit is located outside the casing and displays a state of the monitoring window. A communication unit is disposed inside the casing and configured to receive operation information for the wavelength generation unit, to provide the operation information to the wavelength generation unit, and to transmit the intensity of the wavelength, or a normal signal or a contamination signal of the monitoring window.

    Abstract: A probe assembly has insertion holes formed in a base layer provided on a circuit board. Probe pins are inserted into the insertion holes and fixed by a conductive adhesive filled in the insertion holes. The probe pins can be arranged with small pitch without mechanically electrically interfering with neighboring pins using the insertion holes. Furthermore, the base layer is formed of a semiconductor material to prevent a problem caused by a difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the base layer and a wafer. Moreover, coplanarity and alignment accuracy of the probe pins can be improved using aligning mask layers or aligning mask in a process of manufacturing the probe assembly. In addition, probe assembly manufacturing time can be reduced by using a pin array frame into which a large number of probe pins are temporarily inserted.

    Abstract: A slim-type high voltage transformer includes a case, and a transformer portion configured by mounting at least primary and secondary winding coils wound in the shape of a rectangular or elliptic track to protruding grooves formed in the interior of the case and then mounting a first copperplate core on the primary and secondary winding coils. In the transformer, the transformer portion further includes an insulating member interposed between the primary and secondary winding coils and the first copperplate core. Accordingly, a bobbin for winding a coil is not used, so that the height of the transformer can be minimized, thereby decreasing the size of products. Also, a winding is divided into two sections to be molded, so that the insulation and heat generation of the winding can be effectively controlled, thereby improving the stability of the transformer.
