Abstract: A reclining chair system with a standard assembly supporting seat and backrest assemblies, which are pivotally mounted to each other and capable of providing a rocker effect to a user. A strut assembly provides substantially a bounce free shock absorbing function by using two coaxially disposed compressible and resilient members that are compressed sequentially. A headed shaft with a step limits the compression of the first member. The arrangement permits a volumetrically efficient operation while preventing excessive fatigue of the member. An adjustment mechanism permits a user to readily set the relative angular position of backrest and seat with respect to the standard (and consequently the horizontal plane) depending on the location of the chair system.
Abstract: A hull system for boats that includes pairs of longitudinally extending strakes with a cross-section that includes a downwardly extending fin member with an adjacent flat horizontal section to provide running and idle stability. Steps with a projected V-shape pint forward and include air inlets with the distal ends. Channels run adjacent to the drop off wall of the steps to trap air forming an air cushion that tends to lift the moving hull. The resulting hull system provides optimal performance while running and still maintains good stability from oscillation when idle. A peripheral chin has a substantially triangular cross-section that extends vertically downwardly inside the body of water over which the boat floats.
Abstract: A clitoris stimulator having a vibrating device with a clip assembly adapted to be removably attached to the vaginal labia of a user. The clip assembly removably attaches to the vaginal labia to cooperatively bring in contact the vibrating device to the clitoris area. In an alternate embodiment, the clip assembly is mounted to a holder, instead of the vibrating member, and the holder cooperates to receive the vibrating member. The holder comes in contact with the clitoris area. In still another embodiment the clip assembly is mounted to the vibrating device directly. In all embodiments a sufficient and comfortable gripping action is exerted on the labia to keep the stimulator in place.
Abstract: A section mill for casings used in oil wells to cut predetermined portions for repair purposes. An elongated cylindrical assembly is inserted through the casing and it includes at least two spaced apart apertures with one blade member pivotally mounted within each aperture. First and second coaxially disposed tubular shaft assemblies with teethed portions to coact with the blades to selectively move them between two extreme position upon the application of a pressurized fluid. The fluid needs to overcome the spring biased applied to the shaft assemblies. The first set of blades is stopped and slidably rotates in contact with the internal surface of the casing. The second set cuts through the casing with one end and sections the casing with the other end. After wearing off, the first set of blades continues the sectioning work.
Abstract: A guard for wheel rims comprising a plurality of louvers and elongated shaft members. A housing member receives one end of the shafts and they are slidably received by cooperating track members mounted on one of the surfaces of the louvers. The shaft members are stacked and pivotally mounted to rotate over one common point. A locking assembly locks the relative position of the shaft members with respect to track members in accordance with the rim size. A locking assembly locks the relative angular positions of the louvers so that a user can selectively form a substantial arch to cover a substantial portion of a rim.
Abstract: A system for coding and decoding languages that includes a first set of computerized databases and each of database storing a predetermined number of indexed information elements (such as words) and a second set of computerized databases wherein each database includes a predetermined number of structural arrangements for using the information elements. The indexed information elements are classified by the component class of a sentence or phrase. They may be classified as verbs, adjectives, etc. and this holds true for the same indexed entry for the different databases for a particular information element. The system decodes the information elements in a sentence, or phrase and matches a corresponding structural arrangement in a given language which holds for the other language.
Abstract: A sprocket assembly for a louver arch assembly for semi-circular, non-perfect or imperfect arch frame assemblies with louvers rotably mounted therein. A tensioning mechanism keeps the louvers taut between an arched frame member and a smaller anchorage frame member. An actuating mechanism is used to rotate the louvers upon the application of a predetermined force to a chain that coacts with the sprocket assemblies coupled with hooked clip members that removably hold the louvers. The sprocket assembly includes a through opening and a socket with cooperative dimensions to receive the headed end of a pin, and an internal inwardly extending pin. A longitudinal channel is cooperatively disposed to receive the inwardly extending pin therein. In this manner, the louvers are rotated between two extreme positions.
Abstract: A window assembly for garage door panels. The assembly includes an outer frame assembly that overlaps the panel opening to be protected and it is mounted thereon. An inner frame assembly co-axially extends from the outer frame assembly and jointly define a window area. A longitudinal slot along one of the elongated members defining the inner frame assembly permits a user to removably mount a transparent member therein. Ornamental frame assemblies can be optionally mounted over the present invention to enhance the aesthetics of the resulting structure. An alternate embodiment includes a second transparent member positioned within the outer frame assembly through another elongated slot in one of the elongated frame members. Internal channels in the frame members bite into the edges of the transparent members.
Abstract: A window assembly for garage doors with hingedly mounted panels. The assembly includes resilient male and female frame members that are brought towards each other to sandwich the borders of the door panel defining the window opening and the cooperatively dimensioned transparent panel. The male frame member includes, adjacent to its peripheral inner end, a peripherally extending leg member that is lockingly received within a cooperative channel notch on the transparent panel. The engagement of the leg member to the channel member permits certain deformation to be transmitter to the resilient male and female frame members. Fastening members are used to keep the male and female frame members securely against each other.
Abstract: Flame arrestor to cover aircraft engines made up of one ventilation wire grid (6), one upper metallic plate (9) where wire grid sits (6) on the edges of a circular hole (10) and a wall (25) which is located next to a chamfer (26) placed at the edge of a central hole (5) existing in the platform (3). On the lower side of the thin composite wall (25) there is a flange cylinder formed by a disc (15) a cylindrical ring (14) coinciding in height with the chamfer (26), creating an interior cavity (27) where gases are conducted and accumulated. All these elements are joined together by some bolts (22) that go through them and finish with a lower metallic plate (12) and an octagonal shaped part (19) separated by a specific distance established by the appropriate elements like bushing or spacer.

Abstract: A device for switching between two inlet ports in a skimmer submerged in a body of water so that the latter can be cleaned (filtered) from two different areas. A conventional skimmer has first housing with a filter basket mounted therein and a second housing mounted within the first housing below a cover assembly centrally mounted within the first housing. A vertically movable piston assembly movable within the second housing and with an upright elongated tubular shaft that slides through a shaft opening in the cover activates a valve when the piston approaches its uppermost position closing one of the two inlet ports in the cover. The speed at which the piston assembly moves upwardly to close the first inlet is regulated with a restricting valve at the upper end of the tubular shaft. The result being to change the active inlet ports allowing the cleaning of the body of water from two inlet locations.
Abstract: A five-stroke internal combustion engine that improves fuel efficiency, power output, and decreases emissions. The five strokes are an intake stroke, a recycle stroke, a compression stroke, a power stroke, and the exhaust stroke. The five-stroke internal combustion engine provides for recycling some of the fuel-air mixture during the recycle stroke and provides a greater power stroke to compression stroke ratio. A condensed fuel-air separator for the fuel-air mixture and a recycle valve for that condensed fuel-air separator are part of the design. The instant invention may be utilized for gasoline, diesel and natural gas type engines.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for delivering power from a D.C. voltage source to one or more D.C. loads rated at lower voltages. The invention provides for the repetitive application of the higher D.C. voltage to the loads for a predetermined time period sufficient for the load to operate yet not too long to ensure that the load will not be damaged. To implement the invention, a clock signal provides the time reference for separate slots allocated for the time periods associated with each of the loads. A user selectively enables or interrupts the repetitive connection to each of one of the loads. The rate of repetition of the connection of the high voltage source could vary from 60 to 200 Hertz, preferably without degrading the operation of typical loads.
