Abstract: A system and method for online storage and distribution of educational credentials and related documents of student and job seeker applicants comprising, a centralized education credentials document management database that receives and securely stores resumes, transcripts, letters of recommendation, military records, professional certificates, rental and credit history, and related documents from document sources such as university or school registrars, referees, and related entities to be easily accessible by document recipients such as undergraduate and graduate schools, recruiters, or employers. The system of the present invention provides a vast improvement over the existing time consuming and expensive methods of collecting, compiling and physically sending documents required for school admissions and job placement.

Abstract: A precision cutter is disclosed. The cutter is curvilinear in shape, and has an elongated handle with a blade projecting from the top end thereof, and a cap adapted to fit over the blade, the cap being so configured that when in place covering the blade, it provides the appearance of a unitary piece to the cutter. The handle has a weight positioned in it eccentric to the central axis thereof, so that when rolled on a flat surface the handle consistently returns to the same position relative to the flat surface.

Abstract: An automatic car cover system, driven by electric motors, for a car, which is equipped with an automatic opening/closing trunk lid, is provided. The automatic car cover system according to current application is comprised of one cover runner, one holster, one holster casing, one guide, one cover sheet, and one cover sheet un-folder. The cover runner is a small electric motor driven vehicle equipped with caterpillars, which are comprised of magnetic plates covered with rubber. The holster pushes out/rewinds the cover runner, the guide, and the cover sheet with un-folder. The holster comes out of and goes into trunk of the car with aid of a line connected to a reverse power motor installed in the holster.
