    Abstract: A method of forming a power MOSFET is described. An epitaxial layer of first conductivity type is formed on a substrate of first conductivity type. A body layer of second conductivity type is formed in the epitaxial layer. A plurality of mask patterns are formed on the substrate. A plurality of trenches are formed in the body layer and the epitaxial layer between the mask patterns. An oxide layer is formed on surfaces of the trenches. A conductive layer is formed in the trenches. A trimming process is performed to the mask patterns to reduce the line width of each mask pattern. Two source regions of first conductivity type are formed in the body layer beside each trench by using the trimmed mask patterns as a mask. A plurality of dielectric patterns are formed on the conductive layer and between the trimmed mask patterns. The trimmed mask patterns are removed.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating a TFT array substrate includes following steps. A gate pattern and a first pad pattern are formed on a substrate. A gate insulation layer and a semiconductor layer covering the two patterns are sequentially formed. A patterned photoresist layer having different resist blocks is formed, and patterns and thicknesses of the resist blocks in different regions are adjusted. The semiconductor layer and the gate insulation layer above the first pad pattern are removed through performing an etching process and reducing a thickness of the patterned photoresist layer. After removing the patterned photoresist layer, a source pattern, a drain pattern, and a second pad pattern electrically connected to the first pad pattern are formed. A patterned passivation layer is formed on the gate insulation layer and has a second opening exposing the source pattern or the drain pattern and a third opening exposing the second pad pattern.

Besides, the received audio signals are processed by a suppression processing, and a suppression audio vector is generated. Further, suppression audio vector is processed by an adaptive filtering processing, and a second audio signal is generated. In addition, the second audio signal is subtracted from the first audio signal to acquire an audio output signal, where parameters of the adaptive filtering processing are adjusted according to a feedback of the audio output signal.

When the local wireless sensor does not receive a response message from the local event processing device, the local wireless sensor encrypts the abnormal event message with a special mode key and transmits the encrypted abnormal event message to the remote event processing device. Thereby, the abnormal event can be successfully announced even with highly protected privacy.

    Abstract: A current balancer suitable for a multi-phase power converting device is provided. The current balancer includes an error detection unit and a plurality of pulse control units. Each of the pulse control units includes a current-to-voltage converter, a charging and discharging controller, a capacitor, and a comparator. The error detection unit detects a plurality of channel currents generated by the multi-phase power converting device, and generates a plurality of error currents by calculating. The charging and discharging controller provides a charging voltage or a discharging voltage according to a constant pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal. When the channel currents are balanced, the comparator generates a PWM signal with a constant duty cycle. When the channel currents are not balanced, an error voltage generated by the current-to-voltage converter is used to adjust a voltage level of the charging voltage or the discharging voltage, so that the PWM signal is varied correspondingly.
