Abstract: Mounting apparatus for an automotive engine comprises: a mount bracket attached to one side of a cylinder block and having an extension with its end forwardly of the cylinder block of the engine; a boss extending from the front end of a manifold on the other side of the cylinder block; and a connector structurally joining the boss and the leading end of the mount bracket extension. A vibration absorbing mount is supported by the automobile body and supports engine weight through one of the bracket and connector.
Abstract: A method for fabricating a dynamic random access memory capacitor. It is characterized by forming multi-insulating films with different etch selection ratio between conduction layers over a planarizing film, making the upper and lower portion of conduction pattern undercut by use of the difference in etch selection ratio when defining the capacitor into a pin structure, forming the insulating spacer in such a way to fill the undercut portions, forming the conduction spacer at the side wall of the insulating spacer, and etching the conduction layer at the inside of the insulating spacer, in a predetermined thickness, to form the inside conduction spacer. Accordingly, the capacitor fabricated by the method is structured to have a plurality of pin-shaped conduction layers with each being coated with a conduction spacer. Since the method takes advantage of the difference in etch selection ratio, it employs few etch masks, which facilitates the fabrication of DRAM capacitor.
Abstract: A tool clamping and releasing device comprises an axially movable tie rod and a shifting apparatus for the tie rod actuated by cup springs. The shifting apparatus comprises a sliding collar subject at one end to the action of the cup springs and which is provided with cams on the opposite end. A rotary collar has pins engaging the cams so that axial movement of the sliding collar rotates the rotary collar, which has a ramp; the tie rod has a cooperating ramp, so that axial movement of the sliding collar causes rotation of the rotary collar and axial movement of the tie rod.
