Abstract: The Motorized Walker is a device containing a frame assembly which a person walking can hold onto for support and help prevent a fall which might otherwise occur. This device need not be picked up between steps since an electric switch mechanism will activate a motor which will move the device the distance required between steps. This motorized feature permits support to be available at all times and the person using the device to walk faster than might otherwise be possible. This device also permits a person to walk where picking up a non-motorized walker might result in a fall since support is removed while the unit is being moved or where picking up a non-motorized walker is a formidable task.
Abstract: Apparatus for dispensing matter into the ground having a rod, and a body conduit terminating at one end into a funnel and terminating at another end into a body aperture. The rod is slidably disposed within the body aperture and the body conduit. A sleeve is coaxially and rotably disposed around the body conduit. A cylinder reservoir is bound to the body conduit with the sleeve rotably and coaxially extending into the cylinder reservoir. A measuring device is contained within the cylinder reservoir and is bound to the sleeve in order to dispense a certain quantity of solid or fluid matter through a dispensing conduit and into the body conduit. A method for dispensing matter in the ground comprising rotating a filled measuring device until it registers with a lower plate aperture of a cylinder reservoir in order to flow matter from the measuring device through the lower plate aperture, and through a dispensing conduit and into a body conduit wherein it is funneled through a funnel into the ground.

Abstract: A beverage solution is disclosed which contains per 354 ml.: 0.5-50.0 meq. of calcium ions, 0.5-50.0 meq. of magnesium ion, and 1.0-10.0 meq. of potassium ion, sweetener agent; and a stabilizer. In the beverage each of calcium, magnesium, and potassium ions is in the form of a salt such as asparatate, orotate, ascorbate, and mixtures thereof. A method of preparing or making the beverages.
Abstract: A non-diving fish lure having a fish hook with a bill, and a spherical body. A spoon is implanted into the lower portion of the spherical body and angles upwardly until an end of the spoon is on a common horizontal plane with a section of the bill. A method for producing a fish lure.
Abstract: A plurality of inwardly facing ratchet teeth is integral with the walls of a cylindrical retainer cavity within the hollow cylindrical retainer. A washer is mounted around the generally conduit head and is sandwiched between an external head flange and an internal retainer flange. A snap ring is positioned in the head recess in order to provide friction for the washer in conjunction with maintaining the retainer around the open end. The ratcheting tool driver includes a generally solid cylindrical switch rod has a first rod end and a second rod with a rod recess and a pawl with a pawl recess. A pawl spring bias is seated in the pawl recess and in the rod recess such that when a switch button rotates the switch rod in a predetermined direction the pawl spring bias forces the pawl to shift within the head slot and engage one of the plurality of inwardly facing the ratchet teeth of the first cylindrical retainer cavity.
Abstract: A unitary suntanning pool comprising a substantially peripheral ridge defining a top opening with a predetermined length and a predetermined width. The unitary suntanning pool additionally comprises a first trough portion, a second trough portion and a divider portion, which separates the first and the second trough portion for contiguously receiving and supporting a human user. A method for a person to suntan in the unitary suntanning pool comprising filling the first and the second trough portions with water until the water innudates a portion of the divider portion such that when the divider portion supports and contiguously receives the body of the person, part of the person's body is immersed in water in order to remain cool while the sun is tanning the body.
Abstract: A process for the production of an oil-in-water emulsion for pipeline transmission. The process comprises producing a hydrocarbon crude, and mixing the produced hydrocarbon crude with an emulsifying composition(s) which contains water and is capable of assisting the formation of an oil-in-water emulsion when the temperature of the mixture of produced hydrocarbon crude and emulsifying composition(s) is from about 100.degree. F. to about 200.degree. F. The amount of the emulsifying composition(s) that is mixed with the produced hydrocarbon crude is sufficient to form an oil-in-water emulsion having water content of from about 15 percent to about 60 percent by weight water and a viscosity sufficiently low for pipeline transmission. The process additionally comprises shearing and mixing the mixture of produced hydrocarbon crude and emulsifying composition(s) when the mixture is at a temperature of from about 100.degree. F. to about 200.degree. F. to form an oil-in-water emulsion.

Abstract: A pliable compressible, liquid impervious bag having at least one integral part with a bag hole extending entirely therethrough. The bag includes a structure defining a bag aperture for communicating with the inside of the bag. A plurality of beads is positioned in the bag, and the beads are covalently coupled with a binder. A method for liquid modification comprising installing into a centrifuge bowl the pliable liquid impervious bag having the plurality of beads. A centrifuge cover is secured to the centrifuge bowl, and a liquid having matter to be removed is introduced into the pliable bag. The centrifuge bowl is spun at a predetermined speed in order to mix vigorously the liquid with the beads in the bag in order to expose the beads to a matter within the liquid such that the exposure enables the matter to attach and adsorb to the exterior surface of the beads.
