Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to nested beverage containers and methods thereof. More specifically, embodiments of the present invention relate to improved beverage containers having interlocking features with adjacent containers, allowing for ease of transportation and lower cost of packaging. In one embodiment, a nestable beverage container comprises a top portion comprising an opening into a voluminous body, a sealing means, and a connection means positioned beneath the sealing means, a bottom portion comprising a receiving means shaped to conform to the connection means of an adjacently nested container, and the voluminous body being defined by the top portion, the bottom portion and a side wall, wherein the opening into the voluminous body is the only means for accessing contents of the nestable beverage container.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a bedsheet comprising a non-fitted portion and a fitted portion for securing the bedsheet onto one end of a mattress, and a method for manufacturing the same. In one embodiment, a semi-fitted bedsheet comprises a seamless fitted portion, a non-fitted portion, and a securing means incorporated along an edge of the fitted portion. In another embodiment, a semi-fitted bedsheet further comprises a position indicator for identifying a proper positioning of the bedsheet on a mattress.

Abstract: A soft sculpture picture frame in the shape of a human or animal, with a contained audio recording and playback device. A message may be recorded on the audio recording and playback device for later playback, by pressing a recording activation means contained within part of the human shape of the picture frame. The recorded message may be played back by pressing a playback activation means contained within part of the human shape of the picture frame, preferably a different part. Picture retaining means holds a photograph of a person whose voice may be recorded on the device.

Abstract: In one embodiment of the present invention, a method for sharing multi-media content among a plurality of users in a computer network comprises creating a plurality of user accounts, each of said user accounts corresponding to one of the plurality of users, and having a plurality of interactive features including a first feature that permits the user to upload the multi-media content to the computer network; forming a user network including one or more of the plurality of user accounts in communication with one or more other user accounts and to the uploaded multi-media content via the computer network; categorizing the uploaded multi-media content in accordance with the subject matter of the uploaded multi-media content; organizing the uploaded multi-media content in a competitive format; and establishing a hierarchy for the uploaded multi-media content within the competitive format as a function of a competitive measurement system.

Abstract: Personal care compositions suitable for use in skin care applications, which effectively deliver and/or deposit anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial agents, which are relatively non-irritating, and thus suitable for use by people having irritated or sensitive skin, particularly the skin around the eyes of a user. The personal care composition comprises a first formulation that provides anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory properties that can be easily reformulated to a second formulation that includes an anti-microbial agent by simply adding an anti-microbial agent without having to completely begin with a new formula and without compromising the properties found in the first formulation.

Abstract: A transfer bench and methods for using same to facilitate movement of a person into and out of an enclosure are disclosed. The transfer bench comprises a first seating section that at least partially lies in a horizontal plane. A second seating section rotatably coupled to the first seating section is configured to rotate between a generally horizontal position and a generally vertical position. Each seating section can be supported by one or more legs. The transfer bench can be positioned in the enclosure. A user sits on the second seating section, moves to the first seating section, and can rotate the second seating section to a vertical position such that the transfer bench is disposed within the enclosure. The enclosure may be a wet/dry environment and can be enclosed by means such as a shower curtain, door, or other enclosure means.

Abstract: A tote bag for being partitioned or alternatively expanded. The bag has a partition mode and an expansion mode and includes a front panel, a rear panel, and a pair of side panels. The front panel is attached to the rear panel by the pair of side panels. The pair of side panels fold and attach to each other to form a partition thereby dividing the tote bag into a pair of compartments when the tote bag is in the partition mode thereof and separate from each other and unfold to eliminate the partition thereby expanding the tote bag when the tote bag is in the expansion mode thereof.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to an improved snowmobile assembly yielding increased energy absorption in its suspension, improved handling, optimized engine positioning and lower center of gravity. In one embodiment, a rear snowmobile suspension comprises a frame comprising a pair of opposing, longitudinally extending, transversely spaced fixed rails, a pair of rear swing arms pivotably connected on respective first ends to a rear portion of the frame, one on each of a first and a second fixed rail, a front swing arm pivotably connected on a first end to a front portion of the frame on the first fixed rail, and a front drive arm pivotably connected on a first end to a front portion of the frame on the second fixed rail, opposing the front swing arm, wherein the front drive arm houses a portion of the drive assembly for driving the snowmobile.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a reinforced skateboard deck during the skateboard deck manufacturing process with adhering non-wood materials to the laminate ply's of wood with non-wood materials and the steps of adhering the non-wood material to the wood ply laminate for installation on the top wood laminate and or between any of the laminated layers of the skateboard deck during the normal laminating process and a method of manufacturing a skateboard deck during the skateboard deck manufacturing process with the installation and adhering of a strip or strip's of non-wood metallic material to a laminate ply of wood with the method comprising of the steps of adhering the non-wood metallic material to the wood ply laminate creating a center core cartridge with the non-wood metallic material installed for the installation during the normal skateboard deck laminating process.
