Supply and return header means are connected to the inlet and outlet, respectively, of the support means and by conduit to a fluid reservoir and pump to circulate a fluid transfer means through each support means. Means for heating and cooling the fluid is also provided and control means for controlling operation of the heating and cooling means individually or in a predetermined sequence and at a preselected temperature is also included. During the heating mode the fluid inside the removable plates vaporizes and condenses.

    Abstract: A fluorescent-type lamp fixture is disclosed which can be rapidly assembled and has channel and cover members each with means to enable the members to be snapped together. The cover member carries spaced-apart holders for receiving the lamp and other electrical components. A pair of caps are provided which are plugged into the open ends of the assembled channel and cover members, the caps are shaped to insure proper alignment and effect their retention. A lens is also provided having projections that are snapped into recesses in the end caps to hold it securely. In another embodiment, a light shield is rotatably mounted on adaptors positioned adjacent to the caps to direct light to a number of positions.

    Abstract: A heat exchanger for fluids is disclosed having a support assembly for the coil bundle which comprises two vertically spaced-apart support members between which the coil bundle of the exchanger is positioned. The bundle comprises a plurality of vertically spaced tubes each having a number of convolutions which slope upwardly and proceed outwardly to form the bundle. A bridge member having spaced-apart scalloped portions is provided which separate the convolutions of each tube to permit air and water to circulate therebetween. The support members have means for varying the slope of the bridge members depending on the nature of the fluid entering the exchanger.
