Abstract: A solder feeder having a housing member with a proximal end and a distal end. A guide member fixed to an interior wall of the housing member and extending through and projecting from the housing member for receiving solder. A trigger, having in combination, a short portion having a plurality of teeth thereon and a long portion. The trigger pivotably attached to the housing member so that the short portion of the trigger extending through an opening in a wall of the housing member in alignment with and cooperating with a slot in a wall of the guide member and the long portion extending externally along a length of the housing member.
Abstract: A universal post having a tapered elongated member with a proximal end and a distal end such that the proximal end is larger in size than the distal end of the elongated member for receiving one of a trash receptacle and a mail box thereon. A stabilizer is disposed orthogonal to and radially extending from the distal end of the elongated member. The stabilizer being substantially greater in length than width for placement on a ground surface so that a weighted member, received thereupon the stabilizer together with the stabilizer, supports the elongated member in a substantially vertical, stationary position with respect to the ground surface. The universal post capable of use on a flat paved surface and on a flat unpaved surface with the addition of a spike. The universal post further usable as a movable fence.
Abstract: A jaw pad cover for expandably conforming to a shape of a jaw pad for protectively covering the jaw pad of a headgear is provided. The jaw pad cover comprises a stretchable material blank having a first section and a second section joined together with a stitch. The means for receiving the jaw pad therein the jaw pad cover is therethrough a first aperture and a second aperture therein the first section. The first aperture is larger than the second aperture to allow the jaw pad to freely pass therethrough so that when the jaw pad is positioned therein the jaw pad cover, a fastening means on the jaw pad for receiving the jaw pad and the jaw pad cover on the headgear is accessible therethrough the second aperture.
Abstract: A craft apron for keeping knitting and crocheting components together, for providing easy access to the components by a knitter and a crocheter and for storing and for carrying the knitting and crocheting components. A first member having a pleated portion and a second member having a hem. The second member joined to the first member to define a pouch. A closure disposed on the first member. The closure has a fastener for fastening the closure to the hem for opening and closing the craft apron. A tie cooperating with the hem. The craft apron is adjustable. A width adjustment is provided with a cord lock by gathering the hem; the cord lock cooperating with the tie and a length adjustment is accomplished with a snap fastener. The craft apron may be worn about the waist of a crafter and carried as a tote bag.
Abstract: A pesticide injection system for exterminating insects is provided. The pesticide injection system comprises an applicator and a plug frictionally engagable with a wall. The applicator includes a pliable bottle for receiving a powder pesticide and a nozzle for injecting a powder pesticide into a blind space behind a wall suspected of harboring insects without the powder pesticide contacting the insulation. The plug has a check valve to prevent back flow and a door with a door seal to prevent the powder pesticide from spilling into a living space during use. The nozzle has a sleeve biased in a closed position by a sleeve spring for cooperatively exposing a port on the nozzle with an interlocking collar for rotatably engaging a guide on the collar and a tang on the nozzle with a flange on the plug.
Abstract: A trash bag dispenser, for receiving a trash bag continuously joined to and separable from another trash bag, for receiving a trash receptacle and for dispensing the trash bag from the trash receptacle is provided. The trash bag dispenser comprising a housing for containing the trash bag and a cover having a slot therein for guiding the trash bag therethrough. The cover is movably connected to the housing and integral therewith for allowing the cover to capture the trash bag and to allow the trash bag to freely move when urged through the slot. A closure, comprises a snap button fastener. The trash bag dispenser is attachable to an interior of the trash receptacle with an adhesive backed hook and loop type fastener.
Abstract: A pesticide injection system for exterminating insects is provided. The pesticide injection system comprises an applicator; an insert and a plug frictionally engagable with a wall. The applicator includes a pliable bottle for receiving a powder pesticide and a nozzle with an end cap for displacing insulation so the powder pesticide can be injected onto a blind space behind a wall suspected of harboring insects without the powder pesticide contacting the insulation. The means for sealing the nozzle to prevent the powder pesticide from spilling into a living space during use is one of an “O” ring and a ribbed seal. The insert has a plurality of fins engaging a locking tab on the plug. The means for preventing back flow is a check valve. The means for selectively covering a first end of a tube on the plug is one of a door and a cap.
Abstract: A variable radii cutter which eliminates the need for having to provide a wide assortment of cutting tool bits for continuously imparting various sizes of radii on a workpiece is disclosed. In one embodiment, the variable radii cutter has a cutter in the form of a plurality of blades which mechanically expand and contract in response to one of an automated adjustment mechanism and a manual adjustment for accommodating various sizes of radii. In another embodiment, a ball made of rubber having an abrasive disposed thereon is used as the cutter and operates in the same manner as described above.
