Abstract: A device for programming user-defined information into an electronic device is provided. The programmer allows a user to program customized information, such as user-selected audio, video, or Internet access information into his or her programmable device. Such electronic devices include wireless telephones, pagers, and personal digital assistants. The programmer allows a user to, among other things, customize the device to suit his or her particular taste.

Abstract: A flight lock actuator that can be powered by two sources of stored energy when aircraft power has been switched off. A mechanical energy storage means and an electrical energy storage means provide a fully redundant energy storage system that stores sufficient energy to complete the actuator's extension stroke when aircraft power is removed. The actuator has a motor control system that limits the stroke velocity for both the extension and retraction strokes, including a damper feature capable of effectively braking the actuator during the back-driven extension stroke.

Abstract: A swimming pool cleaning apparatus that includes a housing with a substantially hollow cavity that runs along the longitudinal axis of the housing; a handle means mounted to the housing for providing directional control and movement of the housing; a wheel means movably mounted to the housing for facilitating forward, backward, and angular movement of the housing along a swimming pool surface; a debris agitator means rotatably attached to the housing to facilitate water movement through the housing and the removal of debris from the swimming pool surface; a scraping means attached to the bottom of the housing for scraping the swimming pool surface; and a debris collection means detachably connected to the housing that filters debris from pool water and that allows filtered pool water to exit from the debris collection means.
