  • Patent number: 6488996
Abstract: A cushion spacer is provided, which is made of coconut husk powder, which is washed and dried, and is adjusted such that the moisture content of the powder is 10% by weight or less and the fats and oils content of the powder is 1.0% by weight or less, and that when the powder is interposed between the glass plates, the friction coefficient between the glass plates exceeds 0.24. A stack of glass plates, which is formed by interposing the cushion spacer between the glass plates, is also provided.

  • Patent number: 6483270
Abstract: The present invention relates to a control method and a control device for a position sensorless motor which has position sensorless operation and synchronized operation, wherein a rotation position of a rotor is detected on the basis of counter electromotive forces generated in stator coils in the position sensorless operation, the stator coils are excited in synchronization with the detected rotation position of the rotor to rotate the rotor and a deviation between a target position and the present position is determined from a target rotation position according to the position command signal and the detected rotation position, position sensorless close loop drive is made on the basis of the determined deviation, and when the synchronized operation is made, the stator coils of the motor are excited in synchronization with the position command signal to rotate the rotor.

  • Patent number: 6470627
Abstract: A guiding structure for a moving member includes a cam groove provided in a fixed member, a shaft inserted into the cam groove and attached to a moving member, and a collar provided on the shaft to be rotated around the shaft while slidably contacting groove walls of the cam groove. Thus, without applying a lubricant to the shaft and the cam groove, the shaft can be guided with less frictional resistance with respect to the cam groove.

  • Patent number: 6310528
Abstract: In an overcurrent-tripping device for a circuit breaker, an electromagnet is used to open a movable contact shoe when a heavy current flows through a conduction path. A push rod is provided so as to contact the movable contact shoe. The electromagnet of the overcurrent-tripping device is located above the push rod so as to attract a movable iron core of the overcurrent-tripping device linearly along a moving direction of the push rod. When the heavy current such as a short-circuit current flows through the conduction path, the movable iron core is attracted to push the movable contact shoe via the push rod for rapid opening of the movable contact shoe. Thus, before a tripping operation of the opening-and-closing mechanism, the movable contact shoe is moved, so that the time required by the movable contact shoe for the opening operation is reduced.
