Abstract: A high purity ceramic article having a typical pore size of at least about 15 ?m and an active impurity concentration of less than about 400 ppm can be prepared by molding ceramic powder, sintering to vaporize any active impurity components, washing to dissolve any remaining active impurity components with an acid solution, and oxidizing to remove any residual active impurity components.
Abstract: A method is provided for forming a contact toaster having a flexible belt. The method includes forming a flexible belt by applying at least one of a silicone rubber, a urethane rubber, and a fluoropolymer to a fabric reinforcement material having a first face and a second face, and forming ribs on the first face of the fabric reinforcement material. The ribs are formed from at least one of a silicone rubber, urethane rubber, and fluoropolymer. The flexible belt is attached to the contact toaster such that the ribs on the first face are configured to impart lateral force to objects to be toasted that are carried by the flexible belt. The flexible belt is attached such that it passes through a heating zone of the contact toaster.
Abstract: The disclosure is directed to a chemical mechanical polishing retaining ring including a polymer matrix and a filler including polyimide. The chemical mechanical polishing retaining ring has a wear rate performance not greater than about 75 microns/hour.
Abstract: A device comprising a first port, a second port, and a non-volatile memory. The first port is coupled to and accessible by a first module, and the second port is coupled to and accessible by a second module. The non-volatile memory of the device comprises a first memory portion and a second memory portion. The first memory portion is writable by the first port and write protected from the second port, and the second memory portion is writable by the second port and write protected from the first port.
Abstract: A composite material including a thermoplastic polymer matrix and a non-carbonaceous resistivity modifier dispersed in the thermoplastic polymer matrix. The composite material has a surface resistivity of about 1.0×104 ohm/sq to about 1.0×1011 ohm/sq and at least a portion of a surface of the composite material has a surface roughness (Ra) not greater than about 500 nm.
Abstract: A receiver (200) includes a transconductance mixer (310), a polyphase filter (320), and a transimpedance amplifier (330). The transconductance mixer (310) mixes a radio frequency (RF) voltage signal into a current signal having a plurality of phases using a local oscillator signal. The polyphase filter (320) filters the current signal to provide a filtered current signal. The transimpedance amplifier (330) converts the filtered current signal into an output voltage signal.
