    Abstract: A sound resistant enclosure apparatus adapted for a person have access to an environment that reduces sound from ambient noise. More particularly, the invention relates to a manner in which to use common fabrication materials and method to construct a sound resistant enclosure or booth for use to make or receive cellular telephone calls in relative quiet. The apparatus include among its essential elements, a cylindrical outer wall, a cylindrical inner wall, a door, a top or roof, a floor and sound resistant material mostly deposited between the inner and outer walls. Sound resistant material can also be found in the door, roof and walls. The sound resistant enclosure blocking much of the ambient environmental noise such that the occupant of the enclosure can make or receive a cellular phone call more effectively and efficiently without having distracting unwanted extraneous environmental noise interrupting their conversation.

    Abstract: A hand tool for removing roofing shingles and nails. The toll has a head attached to an elongated handle. The head has a wedge-shaped cross profile. The head is comprised of a plurality of identical, parallel blades, having a relatively flat, pointed leading edge adapted to being inserted underneath the exposed edge of a shingle to be removed. The blade leading edge rises in vertical height to a trailing edge. The trailing edge is connected to a handle. Spacers are attached between the blades to form spacing between blades sufficient to trap any roofing nails holding a shingle to an underlying roof sheath.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method of constructing barrier wall structures. More particularly, the invention relates to a manner in which to use common building materials and methods in erecting a barrier wall system more efficiently than in the past. The apparatus includes among its essential elements a formed reinforcement cage; a plurality of spacers that are used to support the reinforcement cage; a plurality of cable anchors each being an elongated member having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is anchored to the ground and the second end is adapted to be attached to a cable; a plurality of elongated cable members that connects the reinforcement cage and the anchor member; a plurality of cable gripping members for holding the cables taut wherein the cables secures in place the reinforcement cage; and, a formed outer concrete layer that is molded over the reinforcement cage.
