Abstract: A multipurpose air tool (1) having a handle (2) to which a head (3) can be removably attached is disclosed. The head (3) has attached thereto various such tools as a face plate (4) and replaceable nozzles (5). The head (3) is interlocked to the handle (2) by a spigot (19) and bayonet connection (21, 23, 34). A safety interlock (16) prevents operation of the trigger (15) and valve (12) unless the head (3) is correctly positioned on the handle.

Abstract: A pull-on disposable absorbent garment such as a diaper has a front waist region, a rear waist region and a crotch region defined by a topsheet, a backsheet and an absorbent core disposed therebetween. The front and rear waist regions are provided with a plurality of elastic members arranged most densely in proximity of longitudinal opposite ends of the absorbent core.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a light-emitting diode is provided. The light-emitting diode manufactured by the steps of coating solution containing p-type or n-type impurities on a porous silicon layer, thereby forming a p/n junction through a thermal treatment has excellent light-emitting efficiency. Also, the process is simple compared to an implantation method, and further the manufacturing is since the thermal treatment can be performed at a relatively low temperature.

Abstract: A charge monitoring apparatus measures an electrical charge deposited on a multiple-layered workpiece, such as a semiconductor wafer, in a plasma processing system. The apparatus includes a charge collection electrode (CCE), a non-conducting patterned layer and a voltage or current sensor. The patterned layer is provided on the CCE and includes a plurality of openings that extend through the patterned layer to the conducting surface of the CCE. The openings create a topology having an adequate aspect ratio to cause electron shading to occur during plasma processing of the workpiece. The voltage or current sensor includes an EEPROM transistor that stores information regarding the amount of electrical charge that accumulates on the CCE during plasma processing.

Abstract: An automatic reversible tape recorder is disclosed in which the functions of the keys for fast forward and rewinding are improved, and the manufacturing and assembling are rendered easier owing to the simple structure of the components. The tape recorder includes first and second manipulation levers 110 and 120 capable of moving back and forth horizontally to make said magnetic head ascend or descend, upon completion of displacements of a certain distance. The tape recorder further includes a locking member 130 for selectively fixing said first and second manipulation levers 110 and 120 upon ascending of said magnetic head due to advancement of said first and second manipulation levers 110 and 120. The tape recorder further includes a tape running direction reversing member 140 installed coaxially with said locking member 130, for being turned as much as a certain amount of angle upon advancing of said second manipulation lever 120, so as to push a program lever 150 (which pushes a cam gear).
