Abstract: The invention provides a fishing device adapted to carry a plurality of fishing lures. The fishing device includes a winged section having a support shaft guide which slideably engages onto a wire support shaft equipped with a winged section retaining eyelet. Depending upon the slideable position of the support guide in relation to the winged section retaining eyelet, the winged section may be retained and collapsed about the wire support shaft in a stowable form or allowed to radially expand to a fishing lure position. The winged section and the support shaft are adapted to carry a plurality of fishing lures dimensionally triangulated along different planes of carriage travel.
Abstract: By mounting a bow stabilizer equipped with a mounting base member for mounting the stabilizer to an archery bow and an adjustable stabilizing block gradationally adjustable along the mounting base member in a transverse relationship to a major axis of the archery bow, a highly effective archery bow stabilizer is provided. The stabilizer is equipped with a stop for maintaining the adjustable stabilizer block at the desired stabilizing position. Mounts for mounting weighted stabilizing rods to the adjustable stabilizing block and at an off-set angular position upon the mounting base member coupled with an attached adjustable wrist sling for anchoring archer's wrist and bow to the bow stabilizer provides a unique and highly effective archery bow stabilizer.
Abstract: Smoke escaping from an outdoor wood burning furnace may be effectively arrested with a smoke arresting unit. By mounting a smoke gathering manifold above the furnace door operatively connected to a vacuum source for drawing smoke discharging from the furnace chamber through an open furnace door, the gathered and arrested smoke may be discharged through a separate discharging chimney. The vacuum source may be activated when the furnace fan is switched off and the furnace door is opened for refueling.

The dispensing device includes a container for housing the coiled PEX conduit and a reel for unwinding the coiled PEX conduit from the container. The dispensing device may be equipped with a suspending mount which when mounted at a dispensing position allows a single worker to more effectively install the conduit at the work site.

Abstract: The present invention provides a durable offset straight line alignment tool which includes a rigid body having graduated guide lines for stringing offset lines at a construction site. The tool may also include a flat base surface and nailing apertures for nailing the tool to an offset mount at the desired anchoring site and a leveraging catch for a leveraging instrument such as a claw of a claw hammer to easily remove the anchored tool from the anchoring site.
Abstract: The present invention provides a grading boot attachment which when attached to a roadway grading moldboard allows for more accurate and uniform grade cutting or leveling with the moldboard. Abstract: The present invention relates to a game calling holder which when combined with a game calling unit and secured to a hunter's body at a predetermined aiming mount position will allow the hunter to simultaneously call the game while aiming the weapon. The game calling holder may appropriately include an elastic sleeve sized to elastically conform to the game calling unit configuration and a badge pin which retains the elastic sleeve and game calling unit in longitudinal alignment with the badge pin alignment when mounted onto a hunter's garment at a predetermined aiming mount position. The game calling holder when mounted appropriately to an aiming arm of a bow and arrow hunter and a triggering wrist of a firearm hunter accordingly allows the hunter to simultaneously aim and call the hunted prey.
Abstract: The present invention provides a hollow post anchoring device. The anchoring device includes a mounting plate for mounting onto a base and equipped with upwardly extending legs designed to mate onto the internal cornered recession of the hollow post. The legs include inwardly bent indentations which when biased outwardly with a biasing plate will wedge the legs firmly against the cornered recesses and anchor the hollow post onto a suitable base, such as a porch.
Abstract: A highly specific type of hooked materials, when applied to the shoulder of a tennis racquet, have been found to tangentially hook onto the nap of a tennis ball and allow the ball to be lifted from the court. Hooked materials characterized as comprising a series of heat-treated nylon monofilament hooks in a rowed relationship (300/inch2) of an average diameter of 8.5 mil, 1.91 mm mean height, 1.13 mm mean width and 0.71 mm mean hook depth are particularly effective for retrieving all common types of tennis balls.
Abstract: The invention is directed to an ensilage processing attachment for uniformly loosening and removing an uncompacted and free flowing ensilage product from a vertical face of a compacted ensilage mass, with minimal ensilage size reduction, when the attachment is mounted to a powered vehicle equipped with a power source for powering the attachment. The attachment includes a rotatable drum that is carried by a frame and equipped with a plurality of curved tooth members tangentially projecting outwardly in a substantially curved relationship to a rotational periphery generated by rotationally propelling the drum and curved tooth members circumferentially positioned about the drum so as to transversely remove the uncompacted ensilage product from the ensilage mass face. A powering means for rotationally propelling the drum along the face so as to uniformly loosen and remove the uncompacted ensilage therefrom is also present.
Abstract: The present invention provides a self cleaning humming bird feeder equipped to protectively store sugared nectar and contaminated feed tank from insect infestation. The feeder including a feeding cup jacketed within a contaminated feed trap emptying onto a contaminated feed holding tank, a feed reservoir and a pump for pumping nectar to the feeding cup. Cleansing of the feed cup may be accomplished by pumping and overflowing excess sugared nectar into the feed cup causing it to spill over with contaminates onto the contaminated feed trap.

Abstract: A mobile bulk materials bagging machine equipped to convert compacted bulk materials into baggable material of uniform consistency. The bagging machine includes a feed hopper which may be loaded with compacted bulk materials with heavy duty loaders. The bagging machine conducts a series of processing steps for converting compacted bulk material into a restructured material of a more uniform and free-flowing consistency for bagging. The operation of the bagging machine includes partitioning compacted bulk materials into segmented portions, agitating and leveling systems which, in cooperative association with electronic sensors for intermittently terminating the flow of feed materials, prevents excessive product build up and recompaction of the processed material into an unbaggable material.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an adjustable feeding and striking ramp which permits for adjusting an angular disposition of feed material fed to an impacting radial pathway of shearing teeth carried by a rotor. By adjusting the feeding and striking ramp to a predetermined striking position, fragmenting efficacy may be significantly enhanced while also substantially reducing fouling.
Abstract: Working material containers such as paint cans may be effectively stabilized from accidental dislodgment from a ladder shelf, such as a step ladder shelf, through the use of a working material container accessory. The accessory includes a flat upper support plate placed onto the top shelf surface and a lower retaining plate positioned below the shelf surface securely bolted together onto the step ladder shelf. By adhesively applying a strip of the looped member of a hook and loop fastening system to a paint container bottom and another mating hook strip onto the upper surface of the upper support plate, the paint container may be securely retained and stabilized upon the ladder shelf against accidental dislodgment or spillage. The paint container may be easily removed simply by unfastening the hook and loop straps for one another.
Abstract: The present invention provides a blade sharpening and edge uncurling device for sharpening dull blades. The device includes a handle at one end and a conical steel for uncurling edges at an opposite end. A threaded stone retaining shaft bridging between the handle and the steel maintains a circumscribing sleeved stone section in position for sharpening the blades. When the sleeved stone section needs to be replaced, the threaded stone retaining shaft is simply unthreaded to expose the stone for removal and replacement.
Abstract: Unwanted separation of an inner cannula from an outer cannula in tracheostomy devices can be achieved by installing a retaining ring which prevents the inner cannula from unwantingly being unlatched from the outer cannula. The retaining ring allows the air supply elbow to be separated which, in turn, permits the sensory alarms to properly sound when a disconnection of the air supply arises.
Abstract: There is provided a deer tail decoy which simulates the communicating and motion characteristics of a deer's tail. The decoy includes flexible and paired front and rear tail-shaped light colored background and dark inlaid materials, each of which is frayed or slit about their peripheral margins to provide contrasting inner and outer flaps which flutter in the wind. The top section of the decoy includes a rigid support such as a wire so as to permit the decoy to flag in the wind. When secured to a mounting site with a cord or wire, the wind blown deer tail decoy partially rotates about the wire, swings as a pendulum, ripples through its entire fabric structure and creates contrasting fluttering and flapping in the wind so as to emulate a deer's tail in motion.
