  • Patent number: 8347547
Abstract: The invention provides a fishing device adapted to carry a plurality of fishing lures. The fishing device includes a winged section having a support shaft guide which slideably engages onto a wire support shaft equipped with a winged section retaining eyelet. Depending upon the slideable position of the support guide in relation to the winged section retaining eyelet, the winged section may be retained and collapsed about the wire support shaft in a stowable form or allowed to radially expand to a fishing lure position. The winged section and the support shaft are adapted to carry a plurality of fishing lures dimensionally triangulated along different planes of carriage travel.

  • Patent number: 6814322
Abstract: The invention is directed to an ensilage processing attachment for uniformly loosening and removing an uncompacted and free flowing ensilage product from a vertical face of a compacted ensilage mass, with minimal ensilage size reduction, when the attachment is mounted to a powered vehicle equipped with a power source for powering the attachment. The attachment includes a rotatable drum that is carried by a frame and equipped with a plurality of curved tooth members tangentially projecting outwardly in a substantially curved relationship to a rotational periphery generated by rotationally propelling the drum and curved tooth members circumferentially positioned about the drum so as to transversely remove the uncompacted ensilage product from the ensilage mass face. A powering means for rotationally propelling the drum along the face so as to uniformly loosen and remove the uncompacted ensilage therefrom is also present.

  • Patent number: 6776198
Abstract: A mobile bulk materials bagging machine equipped to convert compacted bulk materials into baggable material of uniform consistency. The bagging machine includes a feed hopper which may be loaded with compacted bulk materials with heavy duty loaders. The bagging machine conducts a series of processing steps for converting compacted bulk material into a restructured material of a more uniform and free-flowing consistency for bagging. The operation of the bagging machine includes partitioning compacted bulk materials into segmented portions, agitating and leveling systems which, in cooperative association with electronic sensors for intermittently terminating the flow of feed materials, prevents excessive product build up and recompaction of the processed material into an unbaggable material.

  • Patent number: 6698699
Abstract: Working material containers such as paint cans may be effectively stabilized from accidental dislodgment from a ladder shelf, such as a step ladder shelf, through the use of a working material container accessory. The accessory includes a flat upper support plate placed onto the top shelf surface and a lower retaining plate positioned below the shelf surface securely bolted together onto the step ladder shelf. By adhesively applying a strip of the looped member of a hook and loop fastening system to a paint container bottom and another mating hook strip onto the upper surface of the upper support plate, the paint container may be securely retained and stabilized upon the ladder shelf against accidental dislodgment or spillage. The paint container may be easily removed simply by unfastening the hook and loop straps for one another.

  • Patent number: 6510644
Abstract: There is provided a deer tail decoy which simulates the communicating and motion characteristics of a deer's tail. The decoy includes flexible and paired front and rear tail-shaped light colored background and dark inlaid materials, each of which is frayed or slit about their peripheral margins to provide contrasting inner and outer flaps which flutter in the wind. The top section of the decoy includes a rigid support such as a wire so as to permit the decoy to flag in the wind. When secured to a mounting site with a cord or wire, the wind blown deer tail decoy partially rotates about the wire, swings as a pendulum, ripples through its entire fabric structure and creates contrasting fluttering and flapping in the wind so as to emulate a deer's tail in motion.
