Abstract: Popcorn based composite construction material to be used as interior or exterior non-load bearing walls, partitions or roof sections for buildings comprising a plurality of popped kernels of popcorn, a hydrating liquid to moisten the popcorn kernels, a dry powder material applied to the moistened popcorn kernels through powder coating, and an impermeable and adhesive resin applied on the powder coated popcorn kernels.
Abstract: A method, a combined cellular, PDA communication device, and a system having specialized software applications for allowing a plurality of combined cellular phone/PDA device users to monitor each others' locations and status, to initiate cellular phone calls by touching a symbol on the touch screen display with a stylus which can also include point to call conferencing calling. Each participant's cellular phone/PDA device includes a GPS navigation receiver with application software for point to call cellular phone initiation to participants and geographical entities including vehicles, persons or events, conference calls and video transfers.
Abstract: An artificial fishing lure having two separate uses resembling both a squid or a baitfish dependent upon the hook set direction. The lure has a cylindrical body member and elongated flexible tentacles. The lure may be operated in a forward direction to resemble a baitfish and a backward direction to resemble a squid. The lure body has perforations so that the bait fish tail area can be manually torn from the lure body for use as a squid looking bait.
Abstract: A rotating seating assembly for use in marine vessels. The seat assembly includes a car and track assembly with moveable sections. The sections can move about curvilinear paths which are defined by the curved track segments. A unique bearing/track linkage mechanism, interlocking the component parts, is incorporated into the novel design. In one configuration, the seating sections rotate about a circle track, a full 360 degrees. Bearing assemblies and rolling mechanisms provide smooth, quiet and efficient operation of the system.

Abstract: The present invention, known as, a Building Department Integrated Solution (BDIS), provides a new method and system of municipality building information management in a municipality's building department by providing a management tool that provides accuracy and improves efficiency in the processes. The present invention enables users to compile, access, provide and deliver accurate, relevant, secured and required building department data to building officials and/or homeowners/contractors. The present invention enables users to transmit plans, request inspections and retrieve inspection results along with any issued certifications via a network. Inspectors also retrieve and schedule inspection requests via the network. Upon completion of the inspection, inspectors may transmit inspection results and initiate issuance of certificates of completion via the network.
Abstract: A method, a combined cellular, PDA communication device and system having specialized software applications for allowing a plurality of combined cellular phone/PDA device users to monitor each others' locations and status, to initiate cellular phone calls by touching a symbol on the touch screen display with a stylus which can also include point to call conferencing calling. Each participant's cellular phone/PDA device includes a GPS navigation receiver with application software for point to call cellular phone initiation to participants and geographical entities including vehicles, persons or events, conference calls and video transfers.
Abstract: A support for a marine motor propeller shaft comprising a single leg having an upper section attached to the hull of a boat and a lower section supporting a propeller shaft. The leg has an angled helical twist near the upper section such that the propeller support is angled away from the centerline of the hull and faces the flow vector of inflowing water to the propeller. The angle of the helical twist is determined by analyzing the flow dynamics of water entering the propeller to determine peak fluid flow.
Abstract: A nail is held within a cylindrical nail receiver by a magnetized tip of a cylindrical driver rod. As the driver sleeve is moved toward a surface, the driver rod drives the nail into the surface leaving a predetermine space between the head of the nail and the surface. A coil spring, attached to the nail receiver and allows for the nail receiver to be adjusted for several nail lengths thus allowing for an accurate placement of the nail against the wall. The nail receiver is interchangeable to allow use of the device with nails and anchors of differing diameters.
Abstract: An apparatus and method for generating post-burial audio communications from surviving friends and loved ones in a casket by providing a burial casket, and providing an electronic audio communication system for placement in said casket to automatically electronically generate post-burial communications in said casket. The burial casket is thus adapted with an audio message system containing electronically stored audio and music files that are automatically played in accordance with a programmed schedule thereby allowing surviving members means for communicating to the deceased for a period of time after burial. An electronic device having a data storage system for storing recorded audio, such as messages from family and friends, music, or any other suitable audio file is provided. A timing mechanism maintains track of the date, day, and time, to allow for the selective broadcast of audio content automatically in accordance with user programmed and selected scheduling.
Abstract: An improved multi-functional golf tool having a handle portion formed at its proximal end, and a pair of prongs formed at its distal end and disposed in angular relation with the handle to facilitate the pivotal movement of the golf tool in repairing ball marks or other irregularities on the playing turf, and further providing pivotal leverage when the tool is reversed to aid in removing tees embedded in the ground is disclosed. The handle portion includes a top adapted to removably receive a ball mark. The handle includes a top side that defines a longitudinally aligned, generally U-shaped structure disposed at the handle distal end thereof approximately mid-length on the device that serves multiple functions, such as a thumb-rest, cigar holder, and club grip holder. In a corresponding position on the bottom side of the device a contoured surface runs in a transverse direction thereby providing a comfortable support for the user's index finger.
Abstract: A quick release fastener mechanism for easy installation and removal of conventional hurricane storm shutters over and from a window or door of a structure. The device comprises a removable stud for engaging and securing the hurricane shutters and a spring-actuated panel fastener that includes a leaf spring and hinged locking element to engage and hold the removable stud in position. The quick release fastener is installed and removed from outside the building by actuating or depressing a lever end of the hinged locking element to lock or to unlock and release the removable stud from within the spring-actuated panel fastener.
Abstract: A system and apparatus for providing integrated boat thrusters which eliminates interfering with the integrity of the hull, and undesirable drilling and cutting of the hull to accommodate separate glass tubes or pipes that are conventionally used to form thruster tunnels. The instant system provides integrally molded thruster tunnel sections within the hull, and unique keystone inserts which are complementary to the molded thruster tunnel sections and complete the water flow chambers through the hull about the propellers. Separate tubes are not utilized. Thruster motors and mounting mechanisms are securely fastened in flat planes enhancing strength, performance and maintenance of the assemblies. In a preferred embodiment, the keystone insert is generally wedge shaped to provide a secure fit and bond within the molded tunnel section having angled walls.
Each participant's cellular phone/PDA device includes a GPS navigation receiver with application software for point to call or conference call initiation to network participants and fixed facilities.
Abstract: A sanitary cover dispensing apparatus for use with a shopping cart that is adapted to provide a fresh disposable portion of sanitary sheet material over the shopping cart handle using an electronic advance system actuated by a touch-free sensor. The sanitary handle cover dispenser comprises a housing containing a roll of sanitized paper of plastic sheet material wound about a rotatable reel mechanism and adapted to deploy a fresh portion of sanitized sheet material in covering relation with the shopping cart handle between uses. A reel mechanism is electrically driven and actuated by a touch-free sensor upon sensing the presence of a user's hand in proximity to the sensor. The sanitary sheet material is preferably adapted with advertising content. The dispenser is further adapted with an electronic display and wireless communication functions that enable the device to receive and display information directly to the user.
