Abstract: An infant seat rocker includes a base member, a motor, the motor being positioned on the base member and a tray member, the tray member being positioned on the base member. Means for attaching the motor to the tray member are also included as well as at least one spring secured to the base member, the spring having a first end proximate a front wall of the tray member and a second end proximate a rear wall of the tray member; and a shaft, the shaft positioned to secure the tray member to the base member. An infant seat is positioned in the tray and the motor is engaged to produce and maintain a rocking motion in the infant seat.
Abstract: An infant seat rocker includes a base member having a pair of rails that protrude generally vertically from the base member and extend a length of the base member, a front wall that protrudes at an angle from the front of the base member, at least one rear wall that protrudes at an angle from the rear of the base member, a motor that is positioned on the base member and a spring that attaches the motor to the infant seat. The infant seat is positioned on the base member and the rails, the front wall and at least one rear wall are capable of locating the infant seat on the base member while the motor is energized to produce and maintain a rocking motion in the infant seat.
Abstract: A variable motion rocking bed is provided that includes a first support structure having a first set of pins, a second support structure having a second set of pins, and a frame, the frame capable of being in a rocking motion with respect to the first support structure and the second support structure. The rocking bed further includes a first pair of linkage assemblies secured between the first support structure and the frame, a second pair of linkage assemblies secured between the second support structure and the frame and at least one adjusting mechanism coupled to each of the first pair of linkage assemblies and to each of the second pair of linkage assemblies.
Abstract: A method for simultaneously conducting multiple lottery style games of chance allowing for multiple wagers and payouts within a single drawing is provided. The method is comprised of selecting a number from a first group of numbers for Game 1. Selecting a number from the first group of numbers and a number from a second group of numbers for Game 2. Selecting a number from each of the first group of numbers and the second group of numbers, and multiple numbers from a third group of numbers for Game 3. Winning numbers are randomly generated from the first group of numbers, the second group of numbers, and multiple winning numbers are generated from the third group of numbers. Prizes are awarded based on the selection of Game 1, Game 2, and/or Game 3, and whether selected number or numbers match the randomly generated number or numbers.
Abstract: A variable motion rocking bed is provided that includes a first support structure including a first threaded rod having a first section threaded in a first direction and a second section threaded in a second direction, a second support structure including a second threaded rod having a first section threaded in a first direction and a second section threaded in a second direction, and a frame, the frame capable of being in a rocking motion with respect to the first support structure and the second support structure. The rocking bed further includes a first pair of linkage assemblies secured between the first support structure and the frame, and a second pair of linkage assemblies secured between the second support structure and the frame.
Abstract: A retractable reel includes a housing having a front cover and a rear cover, the rear cover including a first opening and the front cover including a second opening, a trough extending radially inward from the second opening to a center of the front cover, the trough including at least one tab and at least one dimple and a resiliently deflectable latch arm. A spool includes a wall that extends axially outward from a front surface of the spool, the spool is rotatably supported within the housing and is positioned such that the front surface, the wall and the front cover cooperatively define a chamber therebetween. The spool further includes at least one ratchet member selectively engaged by the resiliently deflectable latch arm to prevent rotation of the spool in a winding direction. The retractable reel includes a spring having a first end engaging the rear cover and a second end engaging the spool for rotatively biasing the spool in the winding direction.
