    Abstract: A mailbox accessory structure used to decorate a freestanding mailbox is made of left and right surfaces with substantially connected front and back sides forming a top opening and is connected to the mailbox at the front end of a horizontal beam of the mailbox post and near the top end of the vertical beam of the mailbox post and permits decorative objects to be displayed around the box. The two surfaces permit the display of indicia such as holiday images, logos, and initials.
