Abstract: A ice fishing strainer assembly made adaptable for use in the sport of ice fishing, principally serving as means to remove ice particles from a drilled ice hole for unhindered access thereto, the ice fishing strainer comprising in combination a body of cylindrical form having a bottom end for pivotally attaching thereto a strainer plate possessing the capacity to be angularly positioned therewithin by a support rod having an end portion pivotally attached to the strainer plate and an upper end having a lever integrally connected thereto for controlling the rotational movement of the strainer plate and a top end for mounting a brace, principally serving as a handle and means for preventing lateral movement of the support rod during vertical movement thereof, specifically while controlling the angular positioning of the strainer plate to capture and release ice particles from the body of cylindrical form.

Abstract: An apparatus for use in connecting and protecting first and second ends of an article of jewelry, wherein the apparatus comprises a cylindrical body having a longitudinal bore extending therethrough for passage of a clasp comprised of a loop and a ring member having a latching mechanism slidably fitted thereto to engage a portion of the loop. The cylindrical body is fitted to and tighteningly stretched over and about the clasp to prevent unintentional twisting of the two ends within and about the clasp insofar to alleviate the occurrence of breakage thereat and to prevent entanglement of the clasp with the wearer's hair. In addition to serving means to bias the dome plug, the donut spring includes an interior cylindrical space defining a third axial chamber to increase the volumetric capacity of the second axial chamber for added capability in controlling the resilient positioning of the clamp ring to permit high cyclic operation of the bottom former for a sustained period of time without deleterious impact on other operating components comprising bodymaking equipment.

Abstract: A new and improved apparatus for supporting a dial test indicator in a tooling machine comprising at least a pair of pivoting arms that are pivotally attached to a pair of pivoting ends which permit the arms to be positioned parallel to one another and operate in unison motion. This configuration allows the dial test indicator support to maintain constant latitude throughout a full of range of motion during adjustment thereof, resulting in an indicator support that can quickly assist in the acquisition of precise, accurate measurement of the workpiece. Further, the dial test indicator support requires no active adjustment of fastening screws and the alike during repositioning of the arms for progressive measurement of the workpiece.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and detachable handle support for carrying paint containers and the like. The detachable handle support comprises an elongated rigid member having a lower portion and an upper portion. The lower portion includes protruding sections and a pair of convexly curved lateral arms for embracing the outer side wall of a paint container. The rigid member is positioned parallel to the longitudinal central axis of the paint container, with the upper portion of the rigid member extending to a predetermined length above the uppermost portion of the paint container. A handle is attached to the upper portion for carrying the rigid member, with the handle being positioned substantially normal to the upper portion and extending radially inward over the uppermost portion of the paint container.

Abstract: A door support for holding open a door equipped with a hydraulic-type closure having a pair of closure arms and a hydraulic element comprises first and second channel members, each having a top side, a hinged wall and latching wall, with both walls spaced apart and extending perpendicular from the top side, forming a generally rectangular configuration. A hinge, which is fixedly attached to the hinged walls of the first and second channel members, permits rotation of the channel members about the longitudinal axis thereof for alignment of the channel members with that of the selective positioning of the closure arms. Abstract: A storage platform and lift apparatus comprises a plurality of platforms; four cables; a plurality of elongated brace members; four elongated vertical members, each having a plurality of apertures extending therethrough; and a drive axle. A pulley wheel is rotatably coupled to two vertical members, while the other two vertical members support a drive axle which contains the four cables. A plurality of brace members support the vertical members in an upright, stable position. Upper and lower gear assemblies, in combination with the four cables extending outwardly away from the drive axle and coupled to the platforms, provide means to raise and lower the platforms to any desired height for either short- and long-term storage of machinery, equipment, and the alike.
