Abstract: A press for straightening a railroad rail formed by the welding of the ends of two rail sections together. The press has a first reciprocatable cage having two opposed rams straddling the rail for straightening the rail in one plane and a second reciprocatable cage having similarly arranged rams extending into the first cage for straightening the rail in a second plane. The cages are connected to suitable power means located remote from the tending side of the press for efficient operation of same.
Abstract: Sulfonylarylhydrazides are used as latent catalysts for condensation reactions, particularly in the curing of solventless heat-setting printing ink compositions.
