Abstract: The present invention relates to a finishing tool for a cable mold connection. The finishing tool includes a connection base, a connection cover, and a plurality of couplers. The connection base has a thickness corresponding to the base and has at least two acceptance openings. The connection cover is coupled to an upper side of the connection base and finishes a connection with a corresponding end of at least two cable molds. The couplers are each provided at an upper side of the connection base and a lower side of the connection cover. A base of a cable mold is mounted in the acceptance opening.
Abstract: A water control valve, which has one valve cartridge to control the temperature and flow rate of hot water, cold water or a mix of hot and cold water only through rotating motions, is disclosed. The valve cartridge (100) has a first fixed disk (120) to guide hot and cold water into the valve cartridge, a rotary disk (130) to control the flow rate of hot and cold water from the first fixed disk, thus controlling the temperature of water, a second fixed disk (140) to guide controlled water in the cartridge, a temperature control unit (170) to rotate the rotary disk during rotation of a temperature control lever, the moving unit (150) to linearly move toward or away from the second fixed disk, thus controlling the flow rate of discharged water, and a flow rate control unit (160) to cause linear movement of the moving unit by rotation.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of fabricating a high temperature superconducting film in a vacuum chamber through auxiliary cluster beam spraying using an evaporation method, wherein a high temperature superconducting material is deposited on a substrate in a vapor state by evaporating the high temperature superconducting material, and at the same time, a cluster beam material is formed into gas atoms by heating the cluster beam material charged in a housing, and the formed gas atoms pass through a nozzle of an inlet of the housing and then are sprayed and grown on the substrate in the form of the cluster beam, thereby forming pinning centers in the high temperature superconducting film.

Abstract: Disclosed is a single wire communication system for communicating between integrated circuits. The single wire communication system comprises an upper control device generating control commands, a to-be-controlled chip operating with the control commands, and a single wire communication module transferring the control commands. The single wire communication module processes the control commands from the upper control device with the control commands separated into a start signal, a data signal, an end signal, and an ack signal, converts them to at least one or more bits of data bits, and the transfers them to the to-be-controlled chip. By doing so, the present invention can transfer the control commands from the upper control device to the to-be-controlled chip without any loss or distortion caused from unstable factors such as noises, and enables high speed process of a number of commands.
Abstract: Disclosed therein are an apparatus and method for manufacturing a sprocket segment, which can manufacture the sprocket segment through a simplified process including hot precision forging, through hardening and painting, thereby reducing manufacturing period and cost and securing competitive power. The sprocket segment manufacturing method includes: a primary hot forging process of putting a heated billet in a booster die (10) mounted on a forging press to perform a distribution of volume; a secondary hot forging process of putting the hot forged material (M) in a blocker die (11) to form a rib face (4); a tertiary hot forging process of putting the secondarily hot forged material (M) in a finisher die (12) to keep right angles and planes of a toothed face (6) and the rib face (4); and a process of putting the tertiarily hot forged material (M) in a product guide die (22) of a trimming-piercing-coining die (13) to eliminate a flash and form bolt holes (7) simultaneously.

Abstract: Provided is a low friction type anti-fouling paint. The anti-fouling paint includes prepolymer fluid formed of 10% to 30% NCO mythylene diisocyanate of 100 wt %; and resin fluid formed of polyoxylpropylenediamine of about 42 wt % to 48 wt % for adjusting an elongation and a tensile strength of a paint film, polyethertriamine of about 8 wt % to 10 wt % having a molecular weight of 5,000 for adjusting a curing time, polydiphenyltriamine of about 15 wt % to 20 wt % for adjusting a curing physical property and increasing the elongation, a modified silicone fluid of about 8 wt % to 12 wt % for increasing a slip and an anti fouling property, a filler of about 5 wt % to 9 wt % for increasing an abrasion resistance, an adhesion promoter of about 1 wt % to 2 wt %, and a pigment of about 1 wt % to 2 wt %.
Abstract: Provided are a ceramic component and a method of manufacturing the ceramic component. The ceramic component includes a previously fired insulation ceramic base, a functional ceramic sheet bonded to the insulation ceramic base by a diffusion bonding layer having an anchoring structure, internal electrodes embedded into the functional ceramic sheet, and external electrodes connected to the internal electrodes. A functional ceramic paste corresponding to the functional ceramic sheet is applied to the insulation ceramic base and is dried to form a functional ceramic film. The functional ceramic film is pressed against the insulation ceramic base to anchor functional ceramic film into the insulation ceramic base for sure attachment. The functional ceramic film is fired to allow functional oxide materials included in the functional ceramic film to permeate the insulation ceramic base by solid diffusion to form the diffusion bonding layer and to change the functional ceramic film into the functional ceramic sheet.
