  • Patent number: 7667983
Abstract: An electronic transmission port cover assembly has a body, a sliding bracket and a cover. The body is mounted securely in an electronic device adjacent to an electronic transmission port. The sliding bracket is mounted slidably on the body. The cover is attached pivotally to the sliding bracket and has cover springs. The sliding bracket is pushed relative to the body and the cover is pushed away from the body and pivots relative to the sliding bracket to uncover the transmission port.

  • Patent number: 7654759
Abstract: A safety mechanism includes multiple positioning recesses defined in a bottom face of the head of the adjusting sleeve, a stop received in one of the positioning recesses, a slot defined in a top face of the body, an urging spring received in the slot, and a urging ball partially received in the slot and urged by the urging spring. Therefore, rotation of the adjusting sleeve relative to the body is limited due to engagement between the urging ball and the stop which is received in one of the positioning recesses and separation between the adjusting sleeve and the body is avoided.

  • Patent number: 7654627
Abstract: An inkjet recording apparatus that records data on a recording medium based on recording data and using a plurality of line heads includes a thinning pattern generation unit (12) that generates one line of thinning pattern for determining whether or not each bit of the recording data is to be recorded; a shift processing unit (13) that shifts the thinning pattern a predetermined number of bits; and a thinning processing unit (14) that, for each line head, generates thinned-out recording data generated by thinning out the recording data by applying the thinning pattern, shifted by the predetermined number of bits, to the recording data, wherein each line head is driven by the thinned-out recording data generated by the thinning processing unit (14). The shift processing unit (13) shifts the thinning pattern, generated by the thinning pattern generation processing unit (12), the predetermined number of bits to prevent the same thinning pattern from being used for the adjacent lines in the feed direction.

  • Patent number: 7520027
Abstract: A hinge includes a shank, a rotation bracket adapted to securely connect to a display of a laptop computer, a fixed bracket adapted to securely connect to a base of the laptop computer and at least one friction bracket securely connected to the fixed bracket and having friction pads provided on opposite sides of the at least one friction bracket. Each of the friction pads has an aperture so defined that after the threaded portion of the shank extends through the apertures of the friction pads, the friction pads pivot together with the shank to generate holding force with the fixed bracket for holding the display in position.

  • Patent number: 7510023
Abstract: An impact assembly is used for a power tool having a chamber, a handle and a rotary driver mounted in the chamber near the handle and having a driving shaft. The impact assembly has a hammer frame, at least one hammer, two hammer pins and an output axle. The hammer frame is connected to the rotary driver and has a mounting recess, a driver mount and a through hole. The at least one hammer is pivotally mounted in the mounting recess and each hammer has an engaging hole, a loosening protrusion and a tightening protrusion. The hammer pins are mounted in the hammer frame to pivotally connect each hammer to the hammer frame. The output axle is mounted in the hammer frame and the engaging hole of each hammer and protrudes out of the through hole.
