Abstract: A weight member is removably attachable to a racquet for use during warm-up. The device is a skeletal structure that has a laterally expandable mouth, a throat, and a pair of heads that resiliently converge toward one another. The skeletal structure is formed of a metal bar member of a gauge to match the desired device weight and is coated with a protective outer layer. At least one resilient member can bridge a gap at the mouth and throat. The device is symmetrical in both the X-plane and the Y-plane.

Abstract: A drink vessel holder holds a drink vessel on a target surface such as a plate of food allowing the user to hold both the plate and the drink vessel held thereon with the same hand in order to allow the other hand to be used for enjoyment of the products being held. The drink vessel holder has a flexible body member with an upper portion with a first top surface and a first bottom surface and a lower portion with a second top surface and a second bottom surface with an adhesive material disposed on the first bottom surface of the upper portion.

Abstract: A medical organizer provides a professional, such as an anesthetist, quick access to the various items needed during a medical procedure without the need to turn away from the procedure. The organizer is formed of main housing that stabilizes various lines, such as circuit lines, IV lines, suction line etc., and also holds narcotics locked until needed. A secondary housing is removably held within the main housing and holds various implements such as catheters, swabs, alcohol, syringes and vials, waste receptacles, gauze, etc. The main housing can be secured to an IV post or operating room bed rail with the secondary housing held therein, or the secondary housing can be deployed and secured separately.

Abstract: A system that guides an airborne weapon toward a target, in order for the weapon to fuze at the target, so as to increase the probability of kill of the target. The system uses a lethality database that lists the various vulnerabilities for each target so that the weapon may fuze at a point that achieves maximum exploitation of the vulnerabilities. The system continually updates during weapon fly out in order to continually update the best achievable aim point for the weapon based on the changing encounter geometry between weapon and target.

Abstract: A device that allows soldiers to find lost or captured comrades uses standard RFID technology wherein the missing soldier has an RFID tag on his person. The searcher uses a reader that uses a directional antenna in order to increase system range. The reader also has a digital compass thereon so that once the reader determines the direction to the missing soldier, the compass outputs the direction. An RFID radar on the reader determines the distance between the reader and the tag. A GPS chip on the reader gives the GPS coordinates of the reader while appropriate circuitry calculates the GPS coordinates for the tag based on the GPS coordinates for the reader, and the direction and distance to the tag. The reader and the tag communicate using spread spectrum technology in order to prevent system corruption.

Abstract: A screened panel spans at least a portion of an opening of a building in order to shade occupants thereat. The panel has hems on all sides that overlap at the corners whereat grommets are located. Tensioning members attach at least two of the corners in order to provide a tight fit of the panel within the opening, the tensioning members being turnbuckles with carabiners on the distal ends thereof. Spring-locks are used to prevent rotation of the turnbuckles once the appropriate tension is achieved. Reinforcement bars within the upper and lower hems and a strong flexible webbing within the side hems provide for a strong panel periphery which adds rigidity and stability to the overall panel.

Abstract: A cargo carrier removably attaches to a square hitch receiver on the back of a vehicle. The cargo carrier is collapsible when not in use. A base plate has a series of first arms pivotally attached thereto each first arm extending outwardly for use and secured thereat and folding upwardly for storage. A removable plate secures the first arms in the extended position. A second arm is attached to an outer end of a first arm and pivots between an extended position extending upwardly from the first arm and a collapsed position flush against the first arm. Each second arm is lockable in its extended position. A flexible cable is attached to the distal end of each second arm to help retain cargo within the device.

Abstract: A jet engine noise suppression system uses a plurality of microjets that are located on a frame downstream of the exhaust port of a jet engine. Each microjet issues a microjet flow, either liquid or gas, directed at the main jet flow issued by the engine. The mass of the combined microjet flow is substantially smaller than the mass of the jet engine flow. The angle of at which each microjet issues its flow may be variable. The microjets may be located on a pop-up head of a blast deflector or on a upstanding rack.

Abstract: A sled travels back and forth along a path established by a ground laid wire, the sled using a wire sensor to detect the presence of the wire in order to keep the sled on track. Steering of the sled is controlled by having a pair of motors, each operatively connected to a wheel on opposing sides of the sled, with the motors changing relative speed with one another for turn control. A ramp is located atop the sled to allow a garbage receptacle to be able to be rolled on and off the sled. Operation of sled travel is programmable or controlled by a remote control or a combination thereof.

Abstract: A system whereby a potential advertiser can see a motorist's view of an outdoor ad space without the need to actually drive past the outdoor ad space. A video image is recorded of the outdoor ad space from a vehicle driving past the outdoor ad space using a video recorder. A database is populated with images of each outdoor ad space. An advertiser queries the database using some identifier in order to retrieve the image and once retrieved, view the image.

Abstract: A cleaning system is attached to a door pocket of a vehicle and allows, via a spinning brush head, to clean the outer surfaces of a person's footwear prior to stepping into the vehicle. The system uses a brush that has a handle and a rotating brush head powered by a motor within the handle. The handle is attached, via a clip or similar system, to the door pocket. The motor is powered either via a battery within the handle or via the vehicle's battery and is controlled either via a switch on the handle or via the door depression switch that detects whether the door of the vehicle is open or closed, or both.

Abstract: A diver's station and umbilical cart neatly stores the umbilical cord and other various items used in hookah diving and has a frame made from various bars of aluminum stock. A set of wheels is pivotally attached to one end of the frame while a handle is attached to an opposing end. A seat is telescoping attached to the frame proximate the wheels. A first set of legs extends upwardly from the frame proximate the handle and has a first tray there atop, while a second set of legs extends upwardly from the frame between the first legs and the seat and has a second tray there atop. A telescoping post extends upwardly from the frame and passes through the second tray, the post having a T-brace there atop.

Abstract: A hand feeding system for small animals, such as kittens, uses a syringe that has a nursing nipple removably attached to the hub end of the syringe. Either a scratch pad is interposed directly between a shoulder of the syringe and the nipple or a plate is so interposed such that the plate is removably attached to a freestanding stand that has a scratch pad located thereon.

Abstract: A support system attaches a hoist to the External Stores Support System of an aircraft by using a boom from which a first leg depends and is attached to a forward fitting. A second leg is attached to the boom via a collar and attaches to an aft fitting while a torque arm is pivotally attached to the collar via a support arm, the torque arm also attaches to a tie-down fitting. The legs are attached to their respective fittings using pins and the torque arm is bolted to the tie-down ring fitting. A hoist slip having a horn is attached to an end of the boom.

Abstract: A shelf for overlying a shower barrier uses a pair of shelves that are connected by a connector shelf allowing the device to telescope. Each of the pair of shelves abut a side wall and overlie a curtain rod or the top of a shower door. Each shelf has a flat upper surface and a decorative downwardly depending front surface for enhancing the aesthetics of the shower enclosure and concealing the rod or top of the door. Various devices can be used to hold the shelves against the walls including telescoping rods attached to the connector shelf and the other two shelves with a set screw holding the rods in place. A compression spring can also push on the outer shelves; or screws can pass through either screw bosses on the two other shelves and into the respective walls or a bracket can, be attached to the outer shelves and the walls.

Abstract: A lawn game uses a pair of markers toward which each player rolls a disk while standing proximate the other maker. Once all disks have been rolled, the disk closest to the marker determines which player scores points for that round. For the player scoring points, all of that player's disks that are within a certain distance from the rolled to marker score, with each disk laying flat, the number showing on the side of the disk equals the points gained for that disk, the sum of the numbers on each side of a disk remaining on its outer edge equals the points gained for that disk, and the number showing on the side of the disk laying against the rolled to marker multiplied by a multiplier equals the points gained for that disk. A rope removably attachable to the markers helps with measurements.

Abstract: A hitch ball assembly attenuates the lateral forces experienced by a trailer while being towed by a tractor. A ball assembly has a flange with a neck extending upwardly therefrom and a hitch ball seated atop the neck. A wedge, having a pair of linear points, extends downwardly from the flange as does a threaded shank that passes through the wedge, the points being located on either side of the shank. The ball assembly is attached to a draw bar attached mount arm such that the shank passes through a bore in the mount arm with the points of the wedge seated within slots on an upper surface of the mount arm. A resilient bushing is received on the shank and abuts a lower surface of the mount arm, while a plate abuts the bushing, each held thereat by a locking nut threadably attached to an end of the shank.

Abstract: A system attaches a hunter's tree stand to an ATV in order to allow the ATV to easily tow the tree stand. A bracket is removably attached to the rear deck of the ATV, the bracket having a receiver/. A coupler is removably attached to the tree stand and is removably received within the receiver, the coupler being able to pivot both up and down and side to side. A pair of wheels are each attached to a respective one of the bottom of the legs of the tree stand.

Abstract: A bra having a cover panel in the appearance of a camisole uses a bra construction with bra cups, with relatively wide shoulder straps that meet in a generally U-shaped joinder. A pair of torso straps extend laterally from either side of the U-shaped joinder and connect to a respective one of the bra cups, one of the two straps being in two sections with the ends of the two sections each having one portion of a typical closure, such that the closure is located under an armpit of a wearer when the bra is donned. The cover panel attaches to a lower edge of the bra and has support straps that attach to the shoulder straps substantially along the length of the shoulder straps so that the cover panel, in addition to being decorative, provides additional confinement and lift to the breasts of the wearer.

Abstract: A tile spacer is made from a pair of parallel planar members joined by a series of connectors forming a series of channels. The tile spacer is positioned between two adjacent tiles and sunk into the adhesive so that excess adhesive enters the channels and is subsequently removed. One or more appropriate cuts can be made to the tile spacer in order to open desired channels which allows the tile spacer to curve or otherwise bend from linear.
