    Abstract: A prestressed concrete fence post assembly, including 1) a main fence post body constructed of a high-strength, concrete grout material; 2) a prestressed high-strength steel tendon member positioned centrally and extended longitudinally of the main fence post body; and 3) a plurality of spaced, parallel concentric connector grooves used with wire tie members to secure fence wire strands against outer surfaces of the main fence post body. Forms, equipment, and method steps for economically casting prestressed concrete post assemblies, poles, towers, or the like. A fence post mold assembly consists of two mating fence post mold half sections, each having an inner plastic material liner to form the desired concrete product. Prestressing is accomplished by pretensioning a centrally located high-strength steel tendon member held at each end by anchor jaw assemblies. A hydraulic tensioning apparatus is connected to one of the anchor jaw assemblies and tension is applied to the tendon member.

The main ski support frame assembly includes a first support frame member pivotally connected to a second support frame member by a main connector member. The first support frame member and the second support frame member each have a means thereon to receive the ski anchor assemblies connected thereto. Each ski anchor assembly includes a stabilizing post member having a retaining clamp assembly releasably connected thereto. Each retaining clamp assembly includes a main clamp assembly engageable about a portion of the snow skis and having an actuator handle assembly connected thereto.

The input gear drive assembly is operable to concurrently drive a low range gear and clutch assembly and a high range gear and clutch assembly. On activation of a respective low range clutch piston or a high range clutch piston, this operates to selectively operate and rotate a respective low range clutch assembly and a high range clutch assembly.

The oil tanker assembly includes 1) an inner main tank oil cargo assembly to receive, support, and convey a primary oil cargo; and 2) an outer hull tank oil cargo assembly adapted to receive and convey a secondary oil cargo therein and mounted about and enclosing the inner main tank oil cargo assembly. The outer hull tank oil cargo assembly is provided with a plurality of compartment bulkhead assemblies operable to divide same into a plurality of spaced adjacent compartmentalized hull tanks with each one independently operable on being ruptured to prevent oil spillage into the surrounding sea water. The compartment bulkhead assemblies are each provided with an upper top surface engineered and positioned below a sea level line when obtaining a full load of oil cargo therein.

The swivel coupling member is connected by a primary sleeve member to an entrance leg section on the receiver member for dumping waste products into the dumpster tank reservoir.
