Abstract: A prestressed concrete fence post assembly, including 1) a main fence post body constructed of a high-strength, concrete grout material; 2) a prestressed high-strength steel tendon member positioned centrally and extended longitudinally of the main fence post body; and 3) a plurality of spaced, parallel concentric connector grooves used with wire tie members to secure fence wire strands against outer surfaces of the main fence post body. Forms, equipment, and method steps for economically casting prestressed concrete post assemblies, poles, towers, or the like. A fence post mold assembly consists of two mating fence post mold half sections, each having an inner plastic material liner to form the desired concrete product. Prestressing is accomplished by pretensioning a centrally located high-strength steel tendon member held at each end by anchor jaw assemblies. A hydraulic tensioning apparatus is connected to one of the anchor jaw assemblies and tension is applied to the tendon member.

Abstract: A foldable ski carrier pack assembly having 1) a main ski support frame assembly; 2) ski anchor assemblies secured to the main ski support frame assembly and operable to anchor snow skis thereto; and 3) a back support harness assembly connected to the main ski support frame assembly and operable to be placed about shoulder areas of a snow ski person for conveyance similar to a camper's backpack assembly. The main ski support frame assembly includes a first support frame member pivotally connected to a second support frame member by a main connector member. The first support frame member and the second support frame member each have a means thereon to receive the ski anchor assemblies connected thereto. Each ski anchor assembly includes a stabilizing post member having a retaining clamp assembly releasably connected thereto. Each retaining clamp assembly includes a main clamp assembly engageable about a portion of the snow skis and having an actuator handle assembly connected thereto.

Abstract: An illuminated exhaust tail pipe assembly that can readily be attached to an existing vehicle exhaust system and including 1) a connector end section secured to the existing exhaust system; 2) an internal pipe assembly secured at one end to the connector end section; 3) an external pipe assembly connected at an inner end to the connector end section and mounted about an enclosing a major portion of the internal pipe assembly; and 4) an illuminated light assembly having at least one light bulb member mounted therein to provide a lighted area between an outer surface of the internal pipe assembly and an inner surface of the external pipe assembly. The external pipe assembly, at an inner end thereof, is provided with a plurality of air coolant holes and a light receiving opening.

Abstract: The avalanche survival pack assembly includes 1) a main support chest pack assembly to be secured as by a waist support assembly and a shoulder harness assembly to a user thereof; 2) an oxygen supply assembly or means to provide oxygen through a nose/mouth mask assembly to be worn by an avalanche victim and placed in operation on initially observing being caught up within an avalanche condition; 3) an auxiliary power supply assembly to provide electrical battery power to an oxygen conserving assembly or means and a radio signal transmit beacon assembly or means; 4) the radio signal transmit beacon assembly to transmit a radio signal therefrom for aiding in locating the avalanche victim by avalanche rescuers; 5) a visual location indicator assembly having a lengthy, brightly colored ribbon-like material and having one end connected to the main support chest pack assembly and the other end to be trailed outwardly hoping to be exposed on a top surface of the avalanche snow pack; and 6) a control circuit assembly

Abstract: A plurality of vertically adjustable squares on a game board assembly having 1) a game board frame assembly provided with a bottom wall section and side wall sections defining an open cavity therebetween; and 2) a plurality of actuator square assemblies mounted within the open cavity of the support base assembly of the game board frame assembly. The bottom wall section has a plurality of actuator support openings therein to receive and support a respective one of the actuator square assemblies therein. Each actuator square assembly includes 1) a stationary block support assembly with a stationary tube member having a lower end anchored in the respective actuator support openings in the bottom wall section; 2) a movable support tube assembly mounted about the stationary tube member and being vertically movable thereof; and 3) a movable game square member secured to and supported on a respective one of the movable support tube assemblies.

Abstract: A constant output transmission apparatus operable to transform a variable RPM input to an input shaft member through the use of double planetary gear set means and the use of a low range gear and clutch assembly and a high range gear and clutch assembly to transfer output through a ring gear and carrier assembly and an output ring gear assembly to an output shaft assembly to provide a constant RPM output to an output shaft member. The variable input to the input shaft member is constantly causing rotation of an input carrier plate assembly driving input planet gear members and, concurrently, driving an input drive gear assembly. The input gear drive assembly is operable to concurrently drive a low range gear and clutch assembly and a high range gear and clutch assembly. On activation of a respective low range clutch piston or a high range clutch piston, this operates to selectively operate and rotate a respective low range clutch assembly and a high range clutch assembly.

Abstract: A firearm retaining apparatus operable to be carried on a user's belt member and positioned at a forward mid portion of the firearm user and having means thereon for retaining and supporting portions of a hunting rifle in vertical or horizontal positions. The firearm retaining apparatus includes 1) a main firearm retainer member of a U-shape and rigid construction; 2) a retainer and flap cover assembly of a flexible construction wrapped vertically about the main firearm retainer member; and 3) a front pocket and cartridge retainer assembly operable to be interconnected to itself and extended horizontally about the main firearm retainer member. The retainer and flap cover assembly is operable to be extended and covered about an outer surface of the main firearm retainer member and providing a rest for the hunting rifle thereon.

Abstract: An oil tanker ship having an oil tanker hull assembly and method of operation operable to prevent oil spillage in case of an accidental hull rupture. The oil tanker assembly includes 1) an inner main tank oil cargo assembly to receive, support, and convey a primary oil cargo; and 2) an outer hull tank oil cargo assembly adapted to receive and convey a secondary oil cargo therein and mounted about and enclosing the inner main tank oil cargo assembly. The outer hull tank oil cargo assembly is provided with a plurality of compartment bulkhead assemblies operable to divide same into a plurality of spaced adjacent compartmentalized hull tanks with each one independently operable on being ruptured to prevent oil spillage into the surrounding sea water. The compartment bulkhead assemblies are each provided with an upper top surface engineered and positioned below a sea level line when obtaining a full load of oil cargo therein.

Abstract: A body lift airplane assembly including 1) a main air lift body assembly of substantial length and width; 2) a landing gear/wheel assembly retractably connected to the main air lift body assembly; 3) a fixed wing assembly secured to and extended above the main air lift body assembly and having a fixed wing member of a length equal to the width of the main air lift body assembly; 4) an engine propulsion power assembly having a pair of spaced jet engine pod assemblies mounted within engine cut-out portions in outer edges of the main air lift body assembly; and 5) a fin and rudder assembly of a V-shape connected to a central rear portion of the main air lift body assembly. The main air lift body assembly includes a main body assembly having outer peripheral side and rear edges formed with downwardly extended arcuate air lift portions to provide air lift characteristics to the overall main air lift body assembly.

Abstract: A resuscitation device for use with stomas including a shield having an aperture centrally therethrough to provide for a flow of air. A ventilation tube is provided having an open upper end secured within the aperture of the shield. The ventilation tube has a tapered lower portion terminating in an open lower end. The tapered lower portion is dimensioned for being received with a stoma of a person. A disk is positioned within the ventilation tube. A screen is secured within the open lower end of the tapered lower portion.

Abstract: A microwave oven baker assembly including a main cooking base assembly with a top cover member releasably mounted thereon and being operable to cook a food product utilizing a cooking medium therewith. The main cooking base assembly includes a pair of adjacent cooking container members of a generally cylindrical cup-like shape separated by an intermediate separator wall; outer side walls and outer end walls; a pair of laterally extended handle members, and a top cover sealing surface engageable with a top cover member. Each cooking container member has a bottom wall with upwardly, outwardly tapered inner walls. The top cover member is provided with a cover body section integral with a top handle section and having a sealing rim section and a sealing flange section.

Abstract: A dumpster hose assembly operable to be mounted between a waste discharge pipe member on a recreational vehicle to a receiver member on a dumpster tank reservoir to remove waste waste products from a reservoir tank in the recreational vehicle. The recreational vehicle dumpster hose assembly includes 1) a female entrance and coupling member readily and releasably attachable to a male coupling member on the waste discharge pipe member on the recreational vehicle; and 2) a flexible hose member having one end connected to the female entrance end coupling member and an opposite end connected to a male discharge end coupling member. The male discharge end coupling member is readily connected to a female coupling member which, in turn, is connected to a swivel coupling member. The swivel coupling member is connected by a primary sleeve member to an entrance leg section on the receiver member for dumping waste products into the dumpster tank reservoir.

Abstract: A faucet cartridge puller assembly operable to remove a broken defective primary valve cartridge assembly from a faucet valve assembly which is utilized on a kitchen faucet valve assembly, a bath/shower faucet valve assembly, or a bathroom sink faucet valve assembly, all being used in substantially identical manner. The faucet cartridge puller assembly includes 1) a cartridge removal tool assembly adapted to be mountable within a cartridge barrel opening of a damaged primary valve cartridge assembly; and 2) a cartridge removal bolt member mountable within the cartridge removal tool assembly to achieve final axial movement of a damaged primary valve cartridge assembly being removed for replacement. The cartridge removal tool assembly includes a main removal tool body having an intermediate body section with external tap threads operable to be rotated and create threads with the damaged primary valve cartridge assembly so as to pull same longitudinally from a main valve housing.

Abstract: A protective wrist guard assembly having a pair of wrist guard glove assemblies connected to respective right and left forearm/wrist/hand of a skateboard or snowboard rider. Each wrist guard glove assembly is provided with a protective main glove assembly having a wrist support guard assembly mounted therein. The protective main glove assembly resembles a conventional snowboard or ski glove assembly having 1) a main glove body member; 2) an exterior anchor assembly secured to the main glove body member; 3) an interior wrist guard anchor assembly for securing the wrist support guard assembly within the main glove body member; and 4) a glove insert member mounted within the main glove body member and adapted to receive a wrist and hand section of the snowboard rider therein.

Abstract: A modified railroad wheel and axle assembly used to replace conventional railroad wheel and axle assemblies whereupon one end of a railroad axle assembly is machined to receive a modified railroad wheel assembly thereon. The other end of the railroad axle assembly has a conventional railroad wheel member press fit thereon in a non-rotatable condition. The invention is operable to allow one of two spaced railroad wheel members on a railroad axle assembly to be slip rotatable thereon to reduce wear and tear on a railroad wheel member and the railroad rail members on which the railroad wheel member is tracking.

Abstract: A roadway safety warning system and method of making same utilizing various ones of marking assemblies applied to a roadway surface to provide a warning system. The marking assemblies means includes 1) chevron marking assembly; 2) diagonal marking assembly; 3) perpendicular marking assembly; and 4) chevron and perpendicular marking assembly. The various marking means can have various embodiments thereof with 1) the chevron marking assembly being of a V-shape; 2) the diagonal marking assembly extended at an angle to a direction of travel; 3) the perpendicular marking assembly extended perpendicular to the direction of travel; and 4) the chevron and perpendicular marking assembly being a portion of both of a combination of the chevron marking assembly and the perpendicular marking assembly.
