  • Patent number: 5960573
Abstract: A wall hanging picture frame includes a transparent board, a picture holding pocket body, and a quadrilateral holding frame. The holding frame is smaller than the transparent board and positioned on a front surface of the transparent board and has at least two connectors extended backwardly from two opposing sides thereof. The picture holding pocket body is positioned behind the transparent board and is concentrically aligned with the holding frame. The transparent board has at least two through holes provided thereon and aligned with respect to the two connectors of the holding frame to enable the holding frame being mounted on the transparent board by penetrating through the two through holes thereof.

  • Patent number: 5949231
Abstract: The alternating current sensor has a transformer-like iron core structure, the circuit in which the current to be measured is connected to the primary winding (current input winding), the secondary winding includes two independent units, namely output current winding and exit measuring winding. The conductor for the output current winding is of high stability with low temperature coefficient of resistance. Nearly the entire induced current in the secondary side flows in the output current winding, finally the induced voltage in the measuring winding is detected by the voltage meter. By this scheme those disadvantages of the conventional alternating current sensor such as high temperature rise, resistance variation caused by increased temperature coefficient of the conductor and the load resistance effect are minimized to achieve the aim of high accuracy alternating current measurement.

  • Patent number: 5898240
Abstract: A timing control switch includes a timer control device and at least a timer adapter electrically connected with an easy accessible and convenient position of an electrical cord of an electrical appliance. The timer adapter has a receiving chamber, two electrical terminals for electrically connecting with two broken ends of the electrical cord, and a movable conducting device with a contact element which is normally kept in contact with the two electrical terminals. The timer control device includes a timer control circuitry for timing control, a connector with two electrical conduct elements, a driving device for driving a driver to move in linear direction so as to drive a connecting bridge electrically connected or disconnecting with the two conduct elements, and battery for providing power supply to the timer control circuitry and the driving device.

  • Patent number: 5858157
Abstract: A method of mounting an art sheet, such as picture or painting, includes the steps of placing the art sheet on a transparent base plate having a surface area larger than that of the art sheet; positioning said transparent base plate with the art sheet thereon between a transparent diaphragm and a oil paper; and pressing said transparent diaphragm and said transparent base plate together so as to seal up the art sheet between the transparent diaphragm and the transparent base plate. Such mounting method has an inexpensive cost as cheap as the low cost of regular laminating process and provides a high quality protection and nature to the picture or painting similar to the effect of framing, Furthermore, the mounting method also enables a picture or painting having an ultimate effect similar to be mounted within a frosted glass.

  • Patent number: 5720549
Abstract: A lamp head incorporated with an anti-combustion arrangement, which includes an upwardly directed pan and a reflector member disposed internally of the pan. The reflector member has a planar lip for supporting a reflecting disc and a holding means for electrically receiving a halogen light source. The reflecting disc has an inner concave reflecting surface positioned below the halogen light source. A shielding lens is mounted on the planar lip for closely covering the halogen light source, wherein a high temperature burning zone is formed above the concave reflecting surface and around the halogen light source. The anti-combustion arrangement includes a transparent protective shelter and a supporting means.
