  • Patent number: 7802398
Abstract: A mosquito control device has a mosquito attracting and obliterating unit coupled to a heat-generating unit operable to supply heated CO2 and moisture to the mosquito attracting and obliterating unit. The device uses a combination of female mosquito attractants that incite mosquitoes hunting instincts including CO2, moisture, static thermal imaging, dynamic thermal imaging, spot thermal imaging and special lights. Once the mosquitoes are attracted, the device uses vacuum air to suck mosquitoes into a receptacle designed to keep and maintain the mosquitoes until they dehydrate and eventually die.

  • Patent number: 7780573
Abstract: A treadmill having a track assembly that allows a user to navigate in any arbitrary direction. A movable user support has a plurality of rotatable members that rotate about axes normal to the direction of movement of the user support. Separate power drive mechanism concurrently move the user support and rotate the members to omni-directional user movement. A control for the power driven mechanism is responsive to the directional orientation of the user on the user support to cause the user support to operate in the direction of the orientation of the user.

  • Patent number: 7770479
Abstract: A vest for a human body has an air core coupled to a pulsator operable to subject the vest to pulses of air which applies and releases high frequency pressure forces to the body. The pulsator has two diaphragms connected to a brushless electric dc motor with rotary to reciprocating linear motion transmitting mechanisms comprising scotch yokes having anti-lash assemblies operable to generate air pulses in an air pulsing chamber. The diaphragms also increase the pressure in a manifold chamber. A check valve connects the manifold chamber with a pulsing chamber to allow pressurized air to flow from the manifold chamber into the pulsing chamber. An air flow control valve in communication with the manifold chamber is used to adjust the pressure of the air in the manifold and pulsing chambers. A programmable motor controller adjusts the duration of operation and speed of the motor to vary the operational time and frequency of the air pulses.

  • Patent number: 7766504
Abstract: A solar powered illuminator for lighting an outdoor environment has a housing joined to a platform supporting a solar panel wired to a circuit board and a rechargeable battery located within the housing. An elongated translucent tubular member joined to the housing has a passage accommodating LED lamps wired in series with electrical conductors connected to the circuit board. When solar panel is exposed to sunlight a charging current is supplied to the battery and electric power to the LED lamps is turned off. When solar panel is not exposed to sunlight the battery is disconnected from the solar panel and connected to the LED lamps to light the outdoor environment.

  • Patent number: 7748686
Abstract: A deck and stair railing has top and bottom rails joined to upright posts and upright tubes extended between the rails. Ball knobs mounted on plates or the rails are secured with deck screws to the rails to retain the tubes in assembled relation with the rails. The ball knobs have continuous circumferential ribs located in force fit relation with inside surfaces of the tubes. The tubes have projections that engage the ball knobs to prevent the tubes from rotating relative to the ball knobs.

  • Patent number: 7726285
Abstract: A four stroke diesel engine combined with a supercharger is operable to supply varying amounts of air to the engine responsive to the load on the engine. The supercharger has a pair of rotors driven by the engine operable to move air to the engine. Gates associated with the rotors control the amount of air and pressure of the air moved by the rotors to the diesel engine.
