Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for tracking location of objects (personnel) at a site. The system comprises: a central server, plurality of remote locator tags disposed on the objects, plurality of remote repeater devices capable of transmitting data signals to locate the locator tags, receiving location data signals from the locator tags, and transmitting the location data signals to the central server. A plurality of databases having location information are connected to the central server and a processing unit with a tracking software operably connected to the central server, compiles and assembles the location data signals and location information for tracking the objects at the site, thereby establishes a real time location tracking and communication with the objects. The system also enables setting up ad-hoc networks fully functioning on power and signals independent of the primary systems of the site and enhances decision making in real time environment.

Abstract: An extendable arm that extends from a police vehicle towards a pulled over vehicle. The arm allows for two-way communication or document transfer. The police officer can position the extendable arm while seated in the vehicle. The extendable arm includes a main shaft having first and second opposed ends. The first end is pivotally attached to the vehicle. A telescoping assembly extends from the second end. The assembly has a free end that extends and retracts away from and towards the main shaft. The free end can have an accessory mounted thereon, such as a two-way audio visual camera, or a container for the retention of driver's licenses. During operation the distal end can be positioned adjacent the driver's window or the police officer's window. The free end is retracted, and the shaft is placed in a stowed position adjacent the motor vehicle when not in use.
Abstract: A instrument and method of applying house wrap to exterior walls. The instrument or tool or apparatus allows the roll of house wrap to be positioned with an axis of rotation substantially parallel with the wall. The house wrap can then be rolled and applied onto the wall as the apparatus is moved along the length of the wall. The apparatus can roll along an upper surface of the wall so that the apparatus need not be lifted. The apparatus also may have a guide wheel to maintain the house wrap roll at a substantially fixed distance from the wall.
Abstract: This invention is a livestock feeder comprising a top gate, a bottom gate, a center gate disposed between the top gate and the bottom gate, the top gate, the bottom gate, and the center gate define a gate system. The bottom gate can swing inward when the feed is eaten. Then after the livestock eat the feed when the gate is swung inward, the gate can be “reset” to the vertical position, and then the gate system can be moved closer to the feed. A device for horizontal movement disposed on the gate system whereby the gate system can move in a horizontal direction when movement of the device for horizontal movement is initiated. A device for initiating horizontal movement includes a hand crank. This invention can be in a covered environment similar to a pole barn. The sized can vary depending on the livestock herd, the property, and the feed. A sloped floor helps prevent waste accumulation where the livestock feed.
Abstract: A writing instrument is disclosed having a tubular shaft. A grip is provided having a contoured surface for facilitating manual gripping of the writing instrument.
