    Abstract: A multiple-draw syringe for extraction of a fluid into at least one fluid container comprising a cylindrical body having a distal end and an open proximal end, a hollow needle extending from the distal end, a piston sealably engaging and slidable along an interior wall of the cylindrical body, a ball check valve, a plunger for moving the piston proximally or distally within the cylindrical body, and a conduit extending through the piston to an enclosed fluid collection receptacle. The distal end includes a first chamber provided with a fluid inlet at one end and a fluid outlet at an opposite end. The first chamber has a conical sidewall adjacent the fluid inlet and a plurality of radially spaced stems adjacent the fluid outlet. The distal end is open to the flow of a fluid into the cylindrical body through the first chamber when the syringe is in use.

This board game simulates environmental cleanup efforts of hazardous and other abandoned dump sites facing world-wide industry. Players take on the role of a company's chief executive officer (CEO). Playing the role of CEO, player's will manage a company by making corporate decisions as they relate to the Superfund. These corporate decisions are based on the company's profitability and environmental compliance efforts. The game incorporates elements engaged by industry, government, special interest and the community in regards to environmental cleanup of toxic and other waste dumps left abandoned for decades. Players will deal with the community, Environmental Protection Agency, lawyers and other companies. The Superfund game board contains playing routes in which players move along to reach the end of the fiscal year. Each of the playing squares dictate the playing scenarios which player's will play-out.

The wrist band and the at least one finger band are joined by the pocket panel, wherein an upper portion of the pocket panel is attached to the at least one finger band, and a lower portion of the pocket panel is attached to the wrist band.     Abstract: A method of playing a gambling game-device on a standard, conventional personal computer utilizing at least one floppy disk or smart card that is purchased from a licensed vendor or provider. When the disk or smart card is purchased, a predetermined, gambling credit-balance is credited to the "credit balance" field of the "wage-related control information" section of the disk or card. From that credit-balance, the purchaser may bet any desired amount, up to the maximum credited, during the playing of the gambling game. Before the start of play of the game, the player is asked the amount of his wager, whereupon, that amount is deducted from the "credit-balance" field and debited to the "debit-field". After having played the gambling game, the winnings, if any, are then credited to the "credit-field", or the losses, if any, are debit to the "debit-field" of the disk or card.

    Abstract: A hand-held portable power tool for use in an operation for joining and fastening two or more abutting steel plates, the tool comprises: a housing unit; a clamp, a punch, a power mechanism and a punch actuator. The clamp is mounted on the housing unit and is movable from an open position to a clamped position. The clamped position is a position that enables the clamp to hold the abutting steel plates together and prohibit them from moving in relationship to each other. The punch is mounted within the housing unit and has a hollow ground chisel shape. The power mechanism is engageable with the punch and the clamp. The power mechanism is of sufficient capacity to clamp and hold the abutting steel plates together and to drive the punch through the abutting steel plates. The punch actuator is actuatable from an off position to an on position.
