    Abstract: In a camera having a line-of-sight detecting device for continuously detecting line-of-sight information which is information on a line of sight of a user of the camera, a predetermined action is performed when the user is determined on the basis of the detected line-of-sight information to be looking at a specific visual mark, wherein, until the line-of-sight information varies after the predetermined action is performed for the first time, the predetermined action for the second time is inhibited from being performed.
