    Abstract: A process for preparing a low haze molded article includes adding a nucleating agent to a polypropylene homopolymer or copolymer to form prenucleated polypropylene having a molecular weight of at least about 20,000 and an isotactic index of at least about 60 percent, and forming a molding composition by mixing the prenucleated polypropylene with linear low density polyethylene having a melt index of at least about 120 grams per 10 minutes, in an amount of about 1 to 5 percent by weight based on the total weight of the polyethylene and the polypropylene. This mixture is then introduced into an injection molding zone where it is molded at a temperature below the melting point of the polypropylene.
