Abstract: An ink set is provided which produces a printed article having excellent physical durability. The ink set contains a first liquid composition containing a reactive carbonyl group and a second liquid composition containing a co-reactive amine group, at least one of the first liquid composition and the second liquid composition further containing a coloring material. When the two inks are printed on a substrate in at least a partially overlapping arrangement, the reactive amine and reactive carbonyl species can crosslink to form a more durable image.

Abstract: The invention provides an ink for inkjet printing, comprising a self-dispersing pigment colorant and a bleed control agent selected from the group consisting of catechol, 4-methylcatechol and any combination thereof. The ink advantageously exhibits reduced intercolor bleed when printed, for example, on plain paper.
Abstract: The present invention provides an ink for inkjet printing, comprising an aqueous vehicle, a pigment colorant and an effective amount of 3-butoxypropylamine as a bleed control agent. The ink exhibits reduced intercolor bleed when printed, for example, on plain paper.
Abstract: The present invention pertains to an aqueous-based black inkjet ink comprising a mixture of Direct Black 168, Acid Blue 290 and a certain magenta dye. The ink exhibits good color neutrality and gray scale.
