Abstract: A tool holder assembly having a tool holder and a cutting tool. The cutting tool has a stepped shank that is matingly received within the lower end of the tool holder. The stepped shank is separated into distinct sections, including: a wedging section having conical mating surfaces, a drive section having polygonal cross-sections, and a cylindrical anti-tipping section. The drive section has a plurality of walls that run parallel to the longitudinal axis of the assembly.

Abstract: A sports ball, such as a basketball, is provided that allows a user to remove the outer shell of the ball from the inner carcass of the ball. Attachment means removably couple the shell to the carcass. The attachment means are disposed on the shell and carcass and can comprise at least one of the following: a layer of hook-and-loop fastener material, a plurality of snap fasteners, a plug and cooperating retention aperture, and a series of interlocking tongue-and-groove style fasteners.

Abstract: A tray adapted to fit within a conventional mailbox. The tray includes a flat elongated center body and two side members, each having perpendicular short and tall walls. The tray is adjustable to accommodate a variety of mailbox interior sizes, such that the side walls of the tray are both proximate to the interior side walls of the mailbox. Adjustment slots in the center body allow the side members to slide laterally to fit the width of the mailbox. Either the short walls or the tall walls of the side members can coupled to the body to increase the range of widths of the tray.

Abstract: A sliding gate valve for use within a bath of molten aluminum. The sliding gate valve includes a pair of opposed ceramic cleaner plates that sandwich a reciprocable gate body. The cleaner plates include a plurality of longitudinal slots that face the gate body. Dross accumulating on the gate body is scraped from the gate body and into the slots when the gate body is reciprocated.

Abstract: The present invention provides a board game and a method of playing a board game in which players follow a path while acquiring competition cards that are provided in certain classes and have varying game values and features. These cards are employed by players during a head-to-head competition phase in which players secretly select cards and the cumulative value of the selected cards determine which player wins a particular competition phase. The winning player may select one of the losing player's cards that were used in the competition. The game is won when a player acquires cards totaling over a certain value and that player reaches a final destination along the path.

Abstract: The present invention provides a mechanical broadhead in which the blades slide within longitudinal channels that are formed in the ferrule. The blade is formed having a transverse boss extending from the flanks which are received in a channel formed in the ferrule. A camming surface is formed on the inward edge of the blades cooperate with a compliant member to provide controlled radial movement of the blades as they slide rearwardly within the channel on the ferrule.
