  • Patent number: 6029963
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device laid out to have a deep well of a second conductivity type formed in a semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity type, a cell array well of the first conductivity type formed on said deep well, and an isolation well of the second conductivity type formed around said cell array well to reach said deep well so as to incorporate said cell array well, thereby isolating said cell array well from said semiconductor substrate through said isolation well, wherein a circuit element for driving said cell array is formed in said isolation well.

  • Patent number: 5971811
Abstract: In a shielded connector adapted to be directly attached to an apparatus, contact pieces bendingly project from a metal shell which is attached to a connector housing and surrounds a terminal housing portion. An elastic contact portion is disposed in each of the contact pieces. When a flange of the connector housing is attached to an electric apparatus, the elastic contact portion is compressively deformed in an elastic deformation amount range so as to be pressingly contacted with an electrically conductive casing of the electric apparatus, whereby the contact pressure between the contact pieces and the casing is held.

  • Patent number: 5100999
Abstract: A polycarbonatediol composition is disclosed having carbonate bonds and from about 1 to 40 ether bonds to one carbonate bond in a molecule, which can provide polyurethanes having high mechanical strength and heat and moisture resistibility, and furthermore having improved properties at low temperatures.Further disclosed is a polyurethane resin prepared by reaction of an organic diisocyanate compound with the polycarbonatediol composition. The polyurethane resin has excellent properties under low temperature conditions, while retaining high levels of mechanical strength, excellent resistibility under high heat and moisture conditions, etc., thereby maintaining a good balance of properties. The polyurethane resin in accordance with the present invention is useful in a very wide variety of forms, including spandex, rigid or flexible urethane foams, thermoplastic urethane elastomers and thermosetting urethane elastomers, adhesives, synthetic leather, paints, etc.
