The energy meter enclosure protects the AMI components from at least one external element.
Abstract: A method of verifying authority of a customer to use a financial instrument, includes initiating one or more transactions using a financial instrument identified by a customer. One or more attributes of the initiated one or more transactions are stored. A determination is made as to whether or not a further financial transaction using the identified financial instrument, requested by the customer prior to acceptance of the use of the financial instrument, complies with pre-acceptance transaction rules. The further transaction is initiated only if it is determined to comply with the pre-acceptance transaction rules. One or more proffered attributes are received, typically from the customer. The received proffered attributes are compared to the stored attributes. Use of the financial instrument by the customer is then accepted if the received proffered attributes correspond to the stored attributes.

Abstract: A dispensing nozzle assembly for dispensing a number of micro-ingredients into a fluid stream. The dispensing nozzle assembly may include a micro-ingredient mixing chamber, a number of micro-ingredient lines in communication with the micro-ingredient mixing chamber such that the micro-ingredients mix therein, and a mixed micro-ingredient exit such the mixed micro-ingredients are dispensed into the fluid stream.
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing surge protection to turbine components are provided. A surge protection limit may be determined for the turbine component. One or more measurements associated with operation of the turbine component may be received and provided to a cycle model executed to predict an operating condition of the turbine component. The predicted operating condition of the turbine component may be adjusted based at least in part on the received one or more measurements. The surge protection limit may be adjusted based on the adjusted predicted operating condition of the turbine component.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a layer structure in an electronic device, especially in an organic light emitting device, the method comprising a step of producing the layer structure as a composite layer structure with free charge carriers generated by charge transfer between a first material and a second material, wherein the composite layer structure is provided as a stack of at least three non-mixed sub-layers made of the first material and the second material, respectively, wherein within the stack of the at least three non-mixed sub-layers each first material sub-layer is followed by an adjacent second material sub-layer and each second material sub-layer is followed by an adjacent first material sub-layer, and wherein the first material and the second material are selected to form a host-dopant material system for the electrical doping. The invention also relates to an electronic device.

Abstract: A black water treatment system for a flow of black water. The black water treatment system may include one or more non-vacuum flash drums and a scrub-cooler. The scrub-cooler may include a water pathway with a nitrogen tube and a flow of nitrogen therein.
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for transaction routing with destination-based throttling. The systems and methods may include receiving a healthcare transaction request from a source computer, where the healthcare transaction request includes at least a destination identifier that identifies a destination of the healthcare transaction request; identifying, based at least in part on the destination identifier, a current transaction count, the current transaction count indicating an extent to which one or more prior healthcare transaction requests remain unprocessed by the destination; comparing the identified current transaction count to at least one threshold value; and determining, based at least in part on the comparison, whether to deliver the healthcare transaction request to the destination.
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for utility meter phase identification are provided. A utility meter may receive, from a remote system, a plurality of reference signals for respective zero crossings for a plurality of phases in a multiple-phase power system. The reference signals may be generated utilizing a precision time source. The utility meter may also receive a precision time signal from a time source. The precision time signal may be utilized to time stamp a zero crossing of a voltage signal at the meter, and the time stamped voltage signal may be compared to the plurality of reference signals in order to determine a phase to which the utility meter is connected.
Abstract: A process for dewatering biomass material comprising polysaccharide and water. The process comprises wetting the biomass material with a wetting composition comprising an alcohol to form a biomass slurry comprising wetted biomass material and a liquid component, mechanically separating a portion of the liquid component from the biomass slurry, and mechanically separating at least a portion of the water from the wetted biomass material. A process for extracting polysaccharide from the biomass material and a dewatered biomass material are also disclosed.
Abstract: The present application provides an all terrain vehicle for load hauling. The all terrain vehicle may include a cargo box and a winch assembly positioned about the cargo box.
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for the coordination of benefits. The systems and methods may include receiving a healthcare claim request from a healthcare provider computer; determining, based at least in part from patient information in the healthcare transaction claim request, that the patient is associated with at least a first payer and a second payer; generating a primary claim request based upon the identified product and the patient associated with the healthcare claim request, the primary claim associated with the first payer; and generating a coordination of benefits (COB) claim request based at least in part on the received first adjudicated reply associated with the primary claim request, the COB claim request, the COB claim request associated with a second payer.

Abstract: Methods, systems and computer program products alert pharmacies of formulary alternatives. A claim generated by a provider and including at least one drug is received, where the claim is directed to a payer recipient. The claim is reviewed to identify the at least one drug. The at least one drug is then compared to a pre-established formulary alternative table, which may be created or managed, at least in part, by the payer recipient. A preferred drug alternative may then be forwarded to the provider when the at least one drug has a match in the pre-established formulary alternative table.
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention can provide systems, methods, and an apparatus for providing a magnetic seal. According to one embodiment, a system having a magnetic seal can be provided. The system can include a rotary machine having a first component and a second component. A magnetic seal can be mounted to the first component and positioned relative to the second component to provide a gap between the magnetic seal and the second component. The magnetic seal can include a first magnetic element and a compliant material adapted to adjust in response to a force exerted on the magnetic seal by a second magnetic element. The second magnetic element can be mounted to the second component so that the gap between the magnetic seal and the second component can be modified in response to the force exerted by second magnetic element on the magnetic seal.
