Abstract: A lamp assembly to be incorporated into or positioned on a truck's existing support structure comprising: a heat sink; an electrically insulating dielectric coating disposed on the heat sink; a plurality of circuit traces disposed on the dielectric coating; a plurality of LEDs disposed on and electrically connected to one another by the dielectric coating; and a cover disposed substantially over and protecting the heat sink, the dielectric coating, the circuit traces, and the LEDs. The LEDs are spaced apart at intervals to provide general illumination. The cover can be clear or be solid and have a plurality of apertures, each corresponding to one LED, and can further include a lens over the apertures.

Abstract: A lamp assembly is provided. The lamp assembly has a housing that functions as a heat sink for the dissipation of heat therefrom. A circuit board assembly is carried by the housing and has a drive circuit that has a current regulator. A plurality of light emitting diodes are also present and are configured to be driven by a current source regulated by the current regulator so as to decrease the amount of heat generated through driving the plurality of light emitting diodes such that the housing is optimally sized to still function effectively as a heat sink.

Abstract: A low profile vehicle lamp assembly includes a housing having a top end, body with an interior portion and a lens portion covering the top end. The housing is adapted to fit within an opening in a surface such that the lens portion is substantially flush with the surface and the body is positioned behind the surface. In addition, circuitry is disposed within the interior portion of the housing and at least one light source is electrically connected to the circuitry.

Abstract: A swiveling tip for a fishing rod includes a housing with a barrel positioned therein and a roller. The housing includes a first bore for receiving the barrel and a second bore for receiving a fishing rod. The barrel is capable of rotating 360° around a longitudinal axis of the second bore. The barrel has an axle mounting member at a distal end thereof and a through hole that is parallel to and offset from the second longitudinal axis for receiving a fishing line. The roller is configured to rotate about the axle and is adapted to redirect the fishing line from a first direction to a second direction.

Abstract: A retrofit vehicle mini lamp assembly for attaching a mini lamp to an existing opening in a vehicle surface includes a housing having a body with an interior portion and a lens portion covering a top end of the interior portion. The lamp assembly also includes circuitry disposed within the interior portion of the housing and at least one light source being electrically connected to the circuitry. An attachment member is also provided. The attachment member includes an aperture therein adapted to receive the housing, a rim adapted to abut the vehicle surface around the existing opening, and a spacer portion extending laterally from the aperture to the rim. The spacer portion includes an outer surface, wherein the lens portion of the housing is substantially continuous with the outer surface of the spacer portion.

Abstract: A building structure for covering a large object with a cover comprising: multiple frames, each frame being part of a building structure); at least one motor suspended from at least one of said plurality of frames and connected to one or more spools; and an arm lifting structure suspended from the frame and comprising: at least two arms; a plurality of lifting connectors, each attached on one end to an arm on a first end and attached to one of the spools on a second end; and at least one fastening roller member mounted to each arm for temporarily securing the cover to the arms. Alternate embodiments of the building structure include laterally and/or longitudinally translating motors and/or guides for ensuring that the arms are raised and lowered straight up and down.

Abstract: A vehicle mini lamp assembly for attaching a mini lamp to a mounting surface includes a housing having a body with an interior portion and a lens portion covering a top end of the interior portion. The lamp assembly also includes circuitry disposed within the interior portion of the housing and at least one light source being electrically connected to the circuitry. A mounting device is also provided. The mounting device includes first and second sides and an aperture therein adapted to receive the body of the housing, a bottom adapted to abut the mounting surface, a top surface adapted to be substantially flush with the lens portion when the housing is positioned within the aperture. The mounting device further includes at least one rail for protecting the lens portion from damage.

Abstract: A method for rewinding a web of sheet material for making a log wound on a core in a winding zone formed between an upper winding roller and a lower winding roller. Upstream of the winding zone a cradle is provided for feeding the core connected to the support of the lower roller and located beneath the upper winding roller. At least a portion of the cradle is movable with respect to the support of the lower roller and is capable of lowering or rising towards/away from the upper winding roller. For each step of feeding a core, the movable portion can be displaced from a first position of load of the core to a second position wherein the core contacts the upper roller. When the upper roller contacts the core for reaching the winding zone it moves first on the movable portion and then on a fixed portion of the cradle that is integral to the support wherein the axle rotates of the lower roller.

Abstract: The present invention is a small vehicle lamp comprised of: a generally cylindrically-shaped housing with an axial bore therethrough and forming a top opening and a bottom opening; a lens disposed on the top surface of the housing; a circuit board within the axial bore of the housing; at least one LED mounted on and electrically connected to the circuit board; a resistor disposed on the circuit board; a first cable wire and a second cable wire passing through the bottom opening of the housing and in electrical contact with the circuit board; and an potting compound disposed within the housing bore, in which the epoxy covers the resistor and circuit board and at least partially covers the LED and the cable wires. The lamp is configured such that it has a low profile and can be part of a system in which a plurality of the lamps are used on a vehicle.

Abstract: A beverage dispensing system has a container with an upper lip, a bottom and a cylindrical sidewall. A read/write radio frequency identification tag is on a container. A beverage dispenser has a plurality of dispensing valves associated with a plurality of different beverages. Each valve has an actuator. A reader is operatively coupled with respect to the tag for communicating with the tag and for communicating with the actuator. An electronic system is operatively coupled to the tag and the actuators and the reader.

Abstract: A vehicle lamp assembly includes a housing having a top end, a body portion with an interior portion, and a lens portion covering the top end. The lamp assembly also includes an attachment member having a sleeve portion with an open top end and an open bottom end. The sleeve portion includes a recess and is adapted to receive the body of the housing and to fit within an opening in a vehicle surface such that the lens portion of the housing is substantially flush with an outer face of the vehicle surface and the body portion of the housing is positioned substantially behind the surface. A securing device is positioned between a back face of the vehicle surface and a plurality of legs from the attachment member, wherein the securing device prevents the attachment member and housing from being removed from the vehicle surface.
