Abstract: A trowel machine has replaceable blades. In a preferred embodiment, the blade can be replaced separately from the backing bar, and the same fasteners that secure the blade to the backing bar also secure to the trowel arm of the machine. In a preferred embodiment, the blade is deformed in the area of the mounting holes, providing an interlocking, clamping surface recessed from the working surface of the blade, so that there is retention of the blade on the trowel machine, even as the blade wears.
Abstract: An oven includes a food chamber with an access door which houses a water evaporator chamber in fluid communication with the food chamber. By sensing the temperature of the water in the evaporator and the dry bulb temperature within the food chamber and by controlling a dry heat source that heats the air and a wet heat source that heats the water, the cook can control both the final food temperature and the degree of browning of the food.
Abstract: A socket magazine is made of a tubular body with a drive end and an open end. An O-ring lies in an annular groove in the tubular body and retains nuts in the tubular body while permitting them to squeeze past the O-ring for insertion into the magazine and removal from the magazine. A biasing spring biases the nuts toward the O-ring.
Abstract: A storage rack column protector (30) is designed to protect a column (12) from damage from a straddle or outrigger type fork truck. If one of the outrigger forks is aimed at and heading toward the protected column (12), a ramp (36) on the protector raises the offending outrigger fork and thus also the wheel of the fork truck. Should the fork truck continue advancing, a stop (38) will bring the outrigger fork and the fork truck to a complete stop before it makes impact with the column.
Abstract: A floating beverage holder is shown which provides flotation and stability to a beverage container in the water. The holder includes a receptacle for receiving the beverage, a stabilizer for making the receptacle stable in the water to reduce the opportunity for tipping over, and flotation member, which may be movable relative to the receptacle.
Abstract: A ball holder for supporting a ball includes a hoop portion and a bracket portion. A preferred embodiment includes means for supporting a football, means for mounting to various support surfaces, means for supporting an air pump, and means for storing needle valves.
Abstract: A multiple-piece seal is used for a cure oven circulating fan. The seal may be readily positioned along the length of the shaft to control the small clearance between the rotating seal and the oven such that there is no contact between the seal and the oven, but the flow of heated air from the oven is substantially reduced and redirected away from the bearings of the circulating fan. The multiple-piece design permits seal replacement without having to disassemble the shaft, so that the seal may be replaced entirely from the outside of the oven, saving substantial down-time.
Abstract: An in-ground lift assembly that is easy to maintain, because the cylinder unit is easily removed from the lift simply by removing a portion of the movable frame near the top of the lift and then lifting the cylinder unit out of the lift intact.
Abstract: A drum is driven by cord ends, which are wrapped onto the drum. The drum sits in a housing with slotted openings which are opposite each other and in a plane which is substantially tangent to the surface of the drum. The cord ends exit the housing through said slotted openings such that, even if both ends of the cord are pulled at the same time, the force is directed so that it does not cause, or minimizes, deflection of the drum.
Abstract: A storage rack assembly includes a base detachably secured to the storage rack. The base has a recessed bottom portion closest to the aisle to protect the front legs from accidentally being hit by a forklift truck.
Abstract: A muscle stretching apparatus comprising a frame with adjustable extremity grips, a fulcrum, adjustable leg braces, and leg support assemblies with padded rollers, lever handles that allow an aide to push upward providing additional stretching assistance. The apparatus further comprises an adjustable frame which comprises lever handles.
A human with lower extremities on the fulcrum and arm extremities on the extremity grips, by a combination of pushing, pulling, or pushing and pulling, can accomplish a variety of stretching exercises.
Abstract: A covering for an architectural opening is made for better closure, especially adjacent to the bottom rail. A movable weight is mounted on the bottom rail, so that the weight shifts to the lower side of the bottom rail when the bottom rail is tilted. A lift cord is mounted to support the bottom rail while being freely movable relative to the bottom rail at least in the front-to-back direction. The weight helps shift the bottom rail into the desired position, and, by being freely movable in the front-to-back direction, the lift cord does not interfere with the motion of the bottom rail.

Abstract: A portable screen includes a conveyor which has a working position in which it extends out the end of the chassis, swivels, raises and lowers, and has a storage position in which it folds flat against the side of the chassis.
Abstract: A radial overarm router is disclosed. The radial overarm router includes a machine base with a work surface, a vertical column, a bearing housing, a slide assembly, and a carriage subassembly. The bearing housing is mounted to, and may rotate about, the vertical column. The slide assembly mounts to the bearing housing and in combination with the bearing housing, the slide assembly has translational and rotational motion relative to the column. The slide assembly includes a carriage subassembly that houses a router. The carriage subassembly is configured to allow pivotal and vertical or plunge type motion of the router. The carriage subassembly further provides for transverse movement of the router. Locking knobs and adjustable limit stops are provided for all directions of movement.
Abstract: A modular blind transport system for a window blind application. The complete system may be assembled form a relatively small number of individual modules to obtain working systems for a very wide range of applications, including especially a category of counterbalanced blinds wherein a relatively small external input force may be used to raise or lower the blind, and/or to open or close the blind.

Abstract: An ankle brace includes a heel stirrup including a base and left and right upright portions. Left and right pivot legs are pivotably connected to the left and right uprights, respectively. A cuff joins the left and right pivot legs. The left and right portions of the cuff preferably are pivotably connected to each other. The sides of the heel stirrup are tapered to provide maximum stability with minimum interference with the foot.
