    Abstract: The present invention relates to a powered hose reel device for taking up a hose about a reel without having to do so by hand. A reel is disposed between the reel support walls and mounted on one end to a rim integrally formed on an inner wall of one of the reel support walls. The reel is adapted to carry a hose thereabout. There is a motor mounted to one of the reel support portions, and disposed within the chamber formed by the inner wall of the reel. A rechargeable battery provides power. A shaft is operatively connected to the motor and is engaged with a bracket mounted to the inner surface of the reel. When the motor is activated the shaft turns the reel. A hose guide assembly is provided for leading and guiding the hose during the retrieving of the hose about the reel. A solar panel recharges the battery when the device is not operating.

The sleeves are provided on opposite sides of the reacher to allow the donning of a sock to either the left or right foot. The shoe horn is slidably mounted on the reacher.

The tray is engaged with a cam arms which are connected to an upper lid of the housing, and the tray rests on a base of the housing when the lid is closed. When the lid is opened, the cam arms lift the tray with the litter box, and lock the tray in an elevated position. The litter box can either be cleaned for waste materials or disposed of in its entirety.

    Abstract: A transporting dolly attachable to a vehicle includes a metal frame having a base with a top surface and a bottom surface mounted on opposed peripheral side brackets, a peripheral front bracket and a peripheral rear bracket. A center support member and outer support members are secured to the bottom surface of the base. The center support member is integrally formed as a hitch connector to engage with a conventional trailer hitch receiver. The top surface of the base provides an area to carry cargo. Swivel jacks are mounted on the frame to allow the frame to be raised and lowered, and additionally provide means to move the dolly with an attached demountable handle.

Teeth disposed on an inner surface of the upper jaw engage through slots in the lower jaw and in the process separate hair into strands for hair extension treatments. A platform integrally formed with the lower jaw provides a working area to lift hair strands away from the customer's scalp allowing use of multiple modalities of treatment to lessen risk. The upper jaw, the lower jaw and the platform are arcuately shaped to conform to the customer's head.

    Abstract: A pitcher for keeping beverages cooled for protracted periods, having a pitcher lining and a pitcher wall sealingly attached to form a cavity there between. A freezable substance is disposed within the cavity. The cavity extends continuously between the bottom walls of the pitcher lining and the pitcher wall allowing for complete cooling through the floor area of the pitcher. In an alternate embodiment an insulating layer is provided between the freezable substance and the inner surface of the sidewalls and bottom wall of the pitcher shell. The insulating layer further retards warming and reduces condensation.

    Abstract: A gas operated semi-automatic rifle is disclosed having a forwardly moving gas piston located under the discharge end of a barrel. The gas piston is connected to a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is engaged with a breechblock. As the gas piston moves a short distance forward after a round has been fired from the rifle, the locking mechanism moves rearward and disengages from the breechblock. The breechblock is biased rearward by being disengaged from the locking mechanism. The breechblock strips a new cartridge from a magazine, and reloads the rifle.

Additionally, collapsible furniture assembles such as chairs, rocking chairs, beach chairs, desks, toy boxes, and cradles are provided, which include locking barbs.

    Abstract: A security device with rotating floodlights comprises a housing having a control circuit and a motor positioned within the housing. A motion detector is mounted on the front wall of the housing. A shaft from the motor engages with a drive platform, and a pair of lamp base platforms is connected to a pair of turntables on the top wall of the housing. The turntables are mounted on the top wall of the housing, and are constructed to be rotatable either clockwise or counterclockwise. Lamp sockets for flood lights are attached to the lamp base platforms. Posts are mounted on the base platforms and drive platforms with linkages engaged with the posts. When the motion detector communicates with the control circuit, and the motor and lights are activated, the platforms turn in a synchronized manner because of the linkages. Illumination is provided for a set period of time and over a swept 180° of coverage.

    Abstract: A detachable cover and base for housing open standard electrical wiring, the cover and the base having shoulders portions which readily engage and disengage. When coupled the shoulder portions form tubular projections that hold electrical conduits containing electrical wiring. A gasket is provided between the base and the cover to form a waterproof barrier. The tubular projections are perpendicular to walls of the cover and the base, and allow electrical wiring to be connected from multiple directions within a residence.
